Guisy is an exceptional host. We absoutely enjoyed our stay and recommend it. The accomodation has a nice, large terrace as well as much space inside. We visited Taormina and did multiple hiking trips around etna, which are easily accessible from there by car.

I vacationed with my parents and we were absolutely delighted with the apartment. Everything is well thought out, spotlessly clean, and neat. The terrace is a perfect spot for breakfast, and the proximity to the sea made our stay even more enjoyable. Juicy is an exceptional host—she was incredibly responsive and helped us with everything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Really beautiful apartmant. The bed was really comfortable, quiet place, for relaxing. Its also fairly close to the town of Taormina. The beach is only 5min walk and it is so nice and peaceful.

The comunication with the owner was excellent. We had a warm welcome. We also appreciated the visiting sugestions.

Everything, but the surrounding roads is dirty. But it is not mistake of the Focu a Mari. The close beach is excellent and clean.

Great place! May be not the best possible, but very convenient location. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Host was super helpful. She showed us everything around the property and gave some tips where to eat and what is worth to sightseeing. Whole property including parking was behind the fence, so it was really safe. I really recommend stay here.

We enjoy a nice holiday in this location. We evaluete very well a fully equiped apartment in a closed private apartment houses location with a large terase with possibility to grill a barbeque even we did not use it due to relatively short stay. There is a walking distance to the beach. It is also very good place to access a walking trips or a trek in Etna area or to visit nice coast area with beaches around Taormina city. Host Giusy is realy nice and friendly person, gave us usefull tips and she was always willing to help when needed.

Very nice, beautiful apartment. Mrs. Giusy is an exceptionally nice person, she was waiting for us with a very wam welcome. Nicely prepared table was waiting for us with a bottle of wine on it and complementary biscuits. The aparment was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival; rooms are made in really a good taste. And last but not least, this is a very big apartment with a huge terrace with chairs and sofa - to dine or just spend time outside as well. Thank you:)

“strategic position for both the beach and exploring trips”

For a few days in December we were looking for a quiet accommodation close to the beach, as a base for trips north of Catania. We were not disappointed - the apartment is in a meticulously maintained condominium, we were almost alone there. The apartment is like new, equipped with everything we needed. The host was lovely and very accommodating (early arrival). The beach is just a few minutes walk away.

Accommodation in a very quiet location with good access to the beach. There is a children's playground and a reserved parking space in the accommodation area. The owner is a very nice person who recommended us where to go on a trip and where to go for dinner. The apartment is modernly furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped. There is also a large terrace with seating in the shade. Thank you very much for everything. We really liked this place.

Totally recommend and I wish every holiday stay were like this. Amazingly nice and open owners that will help you with everything and make you feel like home. Very comfortable apartments with all equipment needed. Placed really close to the sea (5 minutes walk) in very quiet and cosy part of Mascali. We are more than happy to choose Focu e Mari for our holiday's stay.

Everything was perfect! Giusy was very helpful and super nice. The apartment is clean, spacious and nice beach is 3 min away. You get your own parking space inside the complex.
