“Countryside delight”
A beautiful peaceful setting in the countryside on the southern aspect of Bologna. A lovely taste of traditional italian country living. Easy access to Bologna via train. Car definitely needed though to get to station and shops. Pool was refreshing (mountain water) Wonderful hosts.

In fact this place looks even better in reality than on pictures, especially garden is huge and absolutely beautiful. Owner was also super nice and trying to help us with everything needed. I would definitely recommend to place.

“Beautiful property with great view and heartfelt service”
Very beautiful property with many decorations and plenty of spots for relaxing. View was outstanding. Host was extremely kind. Gave a good welcome and recommended a few restaurants in the area. Breakfast was nice with omelet and French toast cooked per order. Bed was comfortable.

An exceptional hilltop location with breathtaking views, surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery. The energy of the place is amazing—perfect for relieving stress and recharging. There’s also a pool and jacuzzi for total relaxation. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic hideaway place in the mountains. Good excess from the Autostrada. Very friendly host, great communication, fantastic location to relax, no noise from any streets, good breakfast! Highlight of our 6 nights in Italy. Highly recommended!

“Perfect stay near Bologna”
Chiesa, location, dog and owners are great. The view is amazing and if you are looking for a place without crowd this place is for you. The hosts are taking care of you from the beginng and you can feel like at home.

We spent the last part of our honeymoon here and it was the best choice ever. Dreamy garden with tons of space, comfortable bedroom and bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette. Everyday Irene baked a cake for her quests to have for breakfast. You could ask for a fresh omelette or toast and the coffee was great. Both Gabriele and Irene's hospitality was beyond anything we have ever experienced. They both gave us tips, chatted with us in the morning, kept checking if everything is okay and were overall very kind. Their dog Mia and cat Ragú made excellent company too :-)

Beautiful apartment in lovely location with very helpful and friendly hosts. Gabriele went out of his way when the road was closed for works to help us get to the grocery store by driving us down. Special mention to Deepak for his help and of course we must say thank you to the lovely dog Mia who we loved spending time with. A very special place!

Everything! Gabriele and his wife were just the most lovely hosts with excellent advice about where to go, best gelato shops, fab restaurants etc. The food was wonderful and the rooms were beautiful with lots of references to the history of the site, and also super clean. Thank you!!!

We had a delightful two-night stay at this beautiful property after arriving in Italy, and it was the perfect first stop for our trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The property itself is stunning, incorporating original features with modern appliances to provide a perfect blend of charm and convenience. The location is equally beautiful, offering immediate access to some lovely hiking trails which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. The breakfast was superb, with everything freshly made and prepared to perfection. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, always available to help with any questions or needs we had. We wish we could have stayed here longer and will definitely consider returning in the future.
