“it was horriable”
yes i was charged twice $1024.58 and was not compensatied or was i comped oe even attempt to help figure it out in any kind of way so hopefully we can fix that with a full refund or a new three night stay in a room where i have space clean and the sheets bwill be clean hopefully but i have yet to hear from hospitality or human resorces

check in staff not friendly ... just kind-of so-so room head board was all scratched up, had rips in it room coffee maker was so so loud!!
