Overview
The complex offers two separate buildings for living with all amenities, free private parking and free Wi-Fi. The 4-storey house has a fully equipped kitchen, 4 rooms, a large hall with a dining area and fireplace. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. Towels, bed linen and mini perfumes are provided. There are also terraces and a barbecue area with barbecue facilities. On the territory there is also a 2-storey cottage with a sauna and 3 rooms with balconies. Sauna can be included in the price of accommodation, and at the request of guests it can be booked separately in advance for an additional cost. The cottage has a large hall with a table for a large company and panoramic windows overlooking the forest. Resorts MAYARIV is set in the forest in Mar’yanovka. Kiev is 42 km from Complex MAYARIV. The nearest airport is Igor Sikorsky Kyiv International Airport, 37 km from the property. 10 km from the suburban complex is the exhibition center "KyivExpoPlaza".

“Best. Place. Ever.”
We traveled with colleagues - this was a 4-days teambuilding event. And we are so sorry we couldn't make it 10 days! The pictures are not showing you the true beauty of this place. We were never more excited about the location, the rooms, and the property as a whole - it's 100% magic that comes true once you enter the gates. Sauna - marvelous. Territory - clean, nice, and spacious, yet cozy at the same time. Staff - helpful and invisible. Rooms - shady (it's a good thing when it's +40 outside) and cool. There was AC in every room - but we didn't use it 90% of the time. There are special insect traps all around the territory, so there were no mosquitos or other bugs around! The best thing that happened to our team this summer. Definitely worth every single hrivna! Strongly recommend!!!
