The room was like new really clean and with good amount of light, in general was everything clean. Even though I don't speak Japanese the owner patient with me explaining everything in English.

“The advantage of staying at a guesthouse is getting to meet and talk with the people there”
The owner of this guesthouse was extremely welcoming and helpful with making my stay comfortable! He recommended local places to eat and visit, and let me use their bicycle to get around. He also introduced me to other great guests staying there, which turned into a fun night at a brewery and an exploration of the city together! The room was spacious and comfortable, and because I was the only one in the room it's as if I got a private room for the price of a bunk bed.

Mr Nakajima is very friendly and kind. He wants to help you as much as possible. The dormitory is very cosy and there is a nice atmosphere with the other guests. Very convenient for the station and Ikkaku main shop and the sights of Marugame are close too. Wish I could stay even longer
