The owner is very pleasant and hospitable. She prepared many traditional dishes and drinks, even homemade ice cream. I can highly recommend it for larger groups as well, as there is plenty of space in the garden and under the covered pergola.

What a charming place! It is actually an authentic family dacha. So it was very interesting to see what a dacha is really all about. The family is wonderful. Everything was spotlessly clean, many places designed to sit and relax in this extremely huge property. The greenery is amazing. Some of the trees were planted by the great grand father. You feel the history all around. The house itself was renovated, so the rooms are new and comfortable. The river is very close by, so you can go there and swim or even fish. A good authentic Georgian restaurant is within walking distance. The neighborhood is very interesting. You get to see farm houses all around. It is Very beautiful I had a very good and relaxed time here. Finally, a special mention to Ykaterina, the daughter, who is a real Georgian princess :) she was very attentive and a beautiful soul.

Villa Kardwell is a family house with wonderful family. They greated us warmly with apples from the garden. They told us about the house, which was built by the owner's grandparents decades ago. The daughter Catherina speaks fluent english and gave us many recommendations around Martvili. The rooms and bathroom are extremely clean. The garden has some hammocks, a well and planty of space to hang out. There's a fully equiped kitchen to use, a washing machine and great AC. They even gave us nice breakfast, which they refused to take money for! Around the area you can visit some nice sites. I highly recommend staying here, it's a great opportunity to meet wonderful and most highly hospitalitable people! ❤️❤️❤️

Quite cozy, nice teracce, nice people, 2 big trees, moto parking, does not advertise food but still was served some good sandwiches, apple etc. Good price.

Great location. A short walk from the river where you can take a dip. the hosts were amazing. We were greeted by a lovely dog and homemade apple juice and bread. Breakfast was very big and lovely and she even packed leftovers for us to take.

Beautiful garden and lovely host

We loved our stay at Villa Kardwell! Eka and her family are the best hosts. And Mimi is the cutest dog one could wish for. We were the only guests and were taken care of so well. We learned so much from our exchanges with Eka, her mom cooked the greatest breakfast for us and her dad welcomed us wholeheartedly. The location is perfect for exploring the Martvili region. There was a restaurant at the river closeby in walking distance for some great dinner. And the area was super calm. We came as guests and left with new friends 😊 We're super happy that we had the chance to stay at this beautiful place.

It was very clean and the hosts are really kind! We had a delicious breakfast prepared with love by the host!
