The hosts are wonderful people, so kind and inviting. They shared a glass of wine with us and invited us into their home, I won’t spoil the surprise of what they showed us in the house! Our kids loved having access to all the animals. The Tiny houses are unique and cosy and there’s a fantastic outdoor kitchen that adds to the experience.

We had a cozy night. The owner was very kind, and the animals were friendly. A lovely, warm place.

This is the second time I stayed here. I love the place. The hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with and happy to give you travel tips. The tiny houses are actually quite spacious, rustic, and comfortable. Breakfast is freshly cooked when you want.

The host was super welcoming - we highly appreciated it! The cabin was charming and very cozy. There were farm animals in the backyard! And we appreciated that we could borrow some firewood and make a campfire in the backyard, it was really nice!

"I recently had the pleasure of staying in a tiny house nestled in the middle of nature, surrounded by animals. The cozy and inviting atmosphere, along with the amazing host and friendly environment, made my stay truly unforgettable. My kids absolutely loved the place and had a blast playing with the cow and dog. Being immersed in nature and watching the sunset with the sounds of animals in the background was a truly magical experience. I cherished every moment of my time there and can't wait to return to this peaceful retreat. I highly recommend this place to all families looking to reconnect with nature and create lasting memories."

Stayed one night (in the smaller cabin, 2 adults and 2 kids and we found it spacious enough for all of us) and we had such a good time and could experience the rural Georgia. Our kids loved to be around the animals and we loved to just prepare food in the outdoor kitchen, relax at the terrace etc. If I compare to all the places we have been at in our 3 week trip in Georgia, Genacvale has the best Wi-Fi! It’s also impressive how they have built this houses themselves. The hosts was super friendly and we felt very welcome. There are many beautiful places in the area and you can easily stay more nights if you would like to explore the nature and other villages around!

It was the best stay we had in georgia. They welcomed us with a nice cold homemade wine. The host gave us tips on where to go locally, and we ended up in the sulfur waterfall/river, which was amazing. The room was so cute, and all the animals walking around as well. Breakfast was also amazing. Can't say anything bad about this place!

The location was amazing, our kids loved the place because of the pets… Enjoyed the rains in the morning with sounds of birds. Breakfast was awesome and fresh. Svetlana is a pleasant host she recommended a great restaurant for us to have Dinner as well.. it was a best start of our Georgia trip

“Magical”

Host Svetlana was very welcoming and caring. We felt completely taken care of. Wooden house was very cozy, great open kitchen facilities, friendly dogs and cat, we had everything we needed and more. Svetlana even gave us natural medicine for our bruises from earlier hike and recommended wonderful places to visit - hot sulfur springs were amazing. We are just a bit sad, that we spent only one night there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

“Lovely place”

The tiny house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden is very peaceful and relaxing. Communication with Svetlana was very good. She also prepared very tasty breakfast for us. It was a pity we only stayed for one night, it was one of the most welcoming places we stayed during our two weeks trip through Georgia. :)
