It’s in a beautifully rustic location full of character. The owner is a wonderfully kind man. It’s basic but has the essentials, we stayed in one of the guesthouse which were of a similar style due to colder weather

Epic stay. Family friendly for maybe kids that can climb stairs for the tree house. The cabin is luxe for natural setting. Hospitality is top notch. Love it!!! This one is going to be one memory our family will treasure for many years.

Beautiful house and wonderful, extremely helpful host! I had some issues on my way and the Host was waiting for me until late night. Then he even brought me a dinner, but I was already full, so I had to refuse.

I spent a night at Eagle Nest, a beautiful treehouse, and it was such a special experience. The place was cozy, peaceful, and had everything I needed. The owner didn’t speak English, but he was so kind and went out of his way to help me. I truly felt cared for. If you want a unique and unforgettable stay surrounded by nature, I can’t recommend this place enough.

The most original guest house I have ever been to. A whole flat with 5 beds, small kitchen, living room and bathroom in a tree is something very rare. Who loves nature this place is absolutely a must see. I was there in the end of November but still warm enough to stay high up in a tree. Feeling the fresh wind in the house is a unique experience.

It was an amazing experience for a group of friends! we had a lot of fun! Its an amazing idea to plan a special vacation and make a lot of memories. Host is great, yard is very quiet and relaxing, everything is comfortable, you can even order homemade food for very good price. You should definitely stay here, for at least once!

Beautiful view on the river and mountains. Chilled air as there was a nice breeze in the tree hut. I had my best and deep sleep here. Also nice to take a bath in the river.

We booked one night at this magical place and really enjoyed it. The hosts were the loveliest and took great care of us. It was so fun sleeping in the tree house and we were surprised by how amazingly equipped it was. We even decided to stay another night but unfortunately it was sold out. But the host managed to create a lovely space just for us so we could stay there. Thank you so much for everything. We would love to come back!

“A day in Paradise”

We spent the night with Temur just after landing on Kutaisi airport to start our Georgian journey. Couldn’t have made any better decision. You get the full experience of Georgia’s hospitality. I need to admit; you need to open up yourself a bit and don’t dislike one ore more glasses of wine. Communication also needs to go through technology as the host doesn’t speak any of the western-european languages; but honestly he speaks the language of making you comfortable and feeling beyond welcome! The facilities are somewhat basic, but I would almost say it adds to the experience and the kids loved it (we as well). Temur built a little piece of heaven in his backyard. On walking distance there’s a nice river that’s begging to be swum. If you are in the neighborhood and a little bit adventurous… don’t let this experience go by!

The host did everything possible to make the stay as good as possible. He offered to show us the area and helped to get in touch with the other travellers.

Awesome tree house, very comfortable place to stay. If you're looking for an exceptional place rather than a standard hotel room, this is the right place.

Peaceful and unique stay in an absolutely epic treehouse!

Everything about my experience was great! The weather was a bit chilly so I was given an upgrade from the treehouse to the guesthouse, which was extremely comfortable. As most places in Georgia, the owners make their own wine and other drinks, which he also has for sale. I came for 2 nights and stayed an extra two nights. The views down to the river are very nice! I will definitely go back. (Just a heads up...the location of the house is NOT where it is shown on the Booking.com map. On Googlemaps, it is labeled as "Treehouse" and is just SW of where the buses drop you off.)
