“Wonderful rooms in Martuni, a brand new hotel”

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is practically new, it feels like we're the first guests. Everything is perfect, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The rooms are large and offer every comfort. When it's finished (they're renovating another wing), I hope they add breakfast, which is the only thing missing. Highly recommended. Don't be fooled, at least for now, by the entrance, which is a bit run-down.

i reserved a room for 3 people and the extra bed was as thin as a ironing desk unable to sleep on it, when I layed down I could feel the frame on my bones

The room is very well kept, the parking space just outside, the size of the room and bathroom, the modern design of the room.

“Cozy and clean”

Good location not in the centre butwalking distance everywhere. Lady working the very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean but bed... during every move it was shaking ( believe me i was just sleeping 😄)

“Great facilities for a low price”

Friendly and helpful lady on reception. Room was nearly new, very clean and really quite luxurious for the low price. It's on the main road, near the supermarkets, but it is quiet at night. I was there for the Armenia water festival, which I only realised when I walked out of the hotel and got a bucket of water in the face from a local child. So there was a cold shower and cultural experience included for nothing.

“Great find and lovely restaurant nearby”

Lovely clean new hotel. Excellent value for money. Dont be put off by the entrance, the hotel is on the first floor. Good street parking outside. Also found an excellent restaurant on the corner of the street with the nicest man working who was a great host. We managed to have great conversation despite language barrier. It doesnt seem to be on google maps but it was called Kayaran Cafe (Hi to Hakob from Ireland)

Amazing value for money! Super clean room and everything worked. Staff was friendly too. There was even included coffee and tea which could be prepared with the kettle in the room. Cups were provided. Definitely recommended. Money well spent.

Perfect place to stay during your travel in Armenia. Comfortable, clean, modern hotel in the authentic town of Martuni. Nice, friendly, helpfully staff. Fresh air of Sevan Lake. Good Armenian cuisine grill-restaurant 10 min walk. We liked everything.

“Cozy place in Martuni”

Not far from the bus station, but rather far from the city center. There are small shops near. 20 minutes to the Sevan lake (but the bank, unfortunately, very very dirty). Very polite and helpful personnel, Tsovik helped us with everything we wanted. Big fridge!

“Quite adequate”

If you want to explore the southern shores of lake Sevan, this is a good place to stay. The staff was helpful, we were particularly grateful for their suggestion regarding where to go for a dinner in Martuni. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The hotel rooms are well equipped and comfortable and you have everything you need for a hotel stay. The room was very clean and fresh and the hotel employees are very friendly and at the same time don‘t disturb your privacy. It was a pleasant stay and we are looking forward to coming back.

Very new renovated and fresh interior, top cleaned room. Very friendly as helpful personal. We had a room to the garden which was quiet. Restaurants and bistros reachable by foot.

Nice room, really friendly staff and had a reception, so our arrival was more flexible! She couldn't speak English but helped herself with Google translate.
