The owner is really sweet: she gave me a separate room instead of a bunk in the shared room and provided a gas burner for me to cook my buckwheat. The rooms, bathrooms and the common area are nice and clean. There is also a pretty garden with some fruit and a lot of space in the yard, so many people could stow their bicycles at the same time.

Satenik (host) was such an angel. She welcomed me with such warmth and made sure that my stay there was comfortable at all times. Good location as there are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The breakfast was great and very filling! I requested for lunch and dinner (Armenian cuisines) with extra costs (about and it was very affordable considering the convenience, food portion and freshness. The room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. Overall, it's a great place to stay and I would definitely return here again. Also, she has an awesome garden which she was happy to show me around and harvested for me to eat.

“Homely, clean and restful stay”
Friendly host who made great food, breakfast and dinner on request and welcome drinks with fruit fresh from the garden. Common area with table and kettle for tea and coffee. Everything was clean including shared bathroom. Some small shops close by and main street in walking distance 1km or so. Plenty of conversation both with other guests and host (translator app was handy). A great couple of days.

“Family place, modest but comfy, and amazing food”
It is a family-run place, the facilities are simple but comfortable, and the hosts are super nice. Even though they didn't speak English, we had no problem in communicating the basic topics. And the best of all, the food! The dinner is totally recommended, very substancial and literally the best meal we had in Armenia.
