The room has lots of space and the breakfast was superb. WiFi was good. There was free parking place. In the hotel yard you can relax well. Shops and Bank facilities are on walking distances. The owner is very helpful.

“Pleasant stay”
New hotel equipment, modern type. Perfect sleep. Accommodation is at hotel level. Constantly present cleaning staff and everything is clean. Nice and quiet environment with a garden. Pleasant and helpful reception.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The host was welcoming and responsive and breakfasts were tasty. The room was cozy and clean even better than on the photographs. We spent only one night in the hotel but would certainly stay again.

“Really good value for the money”
Very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished. Really good value for the money. Very good local food down the street, just ask the host. Keep in mind though the hotel is outside the center.

The hotel's owner/manager was very kind and personally welcomed us at the property. The hotel is newly built and very well maintained with the nice garden in the back yard. It is located at the quiet area in the city centre.

“Perfect hotel in Martina”
The hotel looks like new: the room is big, all the furniture is beautiful, the bed is extra comfortable and extra big (enough for a 1.87m person to fit), everything is clean and you have all the commodities available - with minibar, kettle, cups, and all the toiletries- a lovely hot shower, and the place was properly heated. The manager is very kind too, and also speaks french. The quality price relationship is one of the best we've had in Armenia, we would certainly come back if we are in the area again!

The owner was very welcoming, and speaks very well French. The room was quiet, located towards a nice gardenside. It was very tidy. We had a home made breakfast that was a real feast!
