“Great value hotel central to useful amenities”
Excellent large room in the roof with an opening window on both sides for through draught. Close proximity of café, restaurant, general store and post office.

“Very unwelcoming and disappointing; indeed somewhat ‘do-it-yourself’.”
We found little positive in our stay. The breakfast was fine. However, it was stated on the booking form that it was 8.50 euros per person but we were charged 9 euros per person plus tax, coming to 11 euros per person. It wasn’t worth that.

“Lovely experience in a beautiful little town”
It's a lovely little historic building in the centre of a quiet market town. It has tasteful design and friendly caring manager. We felt like medieval travellers in the large loft room, carefully fitted with modern facilities, including air con. A wonderful restaurant for our dinner was recommended by the hotel and we really enjoyed it.

“Comfortable place to stay and good value.”
Very easy to find within the village. Parking available at the property. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Good to get messages from them whilst travelling, giving information about entry codes to the hotel and where we would find our room. The inside is a lovely eclectic mix of furniture and decorations. Our room was on the top floor reached by a beautiful, obviously old, spiral staircase. Our room was clean, very spacious and had an en- suite shower room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The continental breakfast was lovely and had some tasty extras - chocolate brownie, crème caramel along with the usual selection of breads and croissants.
