friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good value for money (no luxury, but it is really ok). Nice balcony. The hotel is around 700 m walking distance from the beach, it is not on the sea level and is very covenient for the persons who are able to climb little bit after swimming. Quiet place, small hotel. No crowd. Btw, there are a lot of mediteranian plants around the hotel: sage, lavender, olive, cactus, oceanarium ,…, hence, there is a wonderful scent of the Mediterranean all around the hotel.

“Nice couple of days close to the beach.”
The hotel is a short walk from the beach. The room was really great, spacious and relatively clean. The stairs to the duplex level are a bit awkward (duck stairs), but the duplex level is also very spacious and neat. Air-conditioning is great (although it is central and could be switched only on/off). The staff is freindly. The breakfast is nice (for a couple of days, but for longer stays I would get bored with the same limited offer). All together, the hotel was above my expectations (especially because I was reading some previous reviews) - it is nicely mantained, and everything seems to be more or less in order.

Breakfasts were good, nothing special, but tasty. Room was nice and comfortable for 2 person, as expected. Location is good, could not be better as it is. Staff is really kiand and comunicative.

This hotel is situated in an idyllic location - and is ideal for a beach holiday, but also as a base to discover the islands of Cres and Lošinj. It is very quiet and comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We've returned here again and again and again.

We arrived at hotel Zlatni Lav at Martinšćica on the island of Cres to a welcoming reception. The hotel is lovely and located just a short walk away from the beach ⛱. The receptionist, Ajka was lovely and helpful 😊 and our room was great. 👍🏻
