This is a scam the owner does not rent it out via Booking.com. The apartment is rented until the end of September, yet it still appears on Booking as available. The landlord is a fraudster who only takes money. The phone number is not the owner’s but the scammer’s. We reported this to Booking, yet the apartment is still listed for rent on their site. After we contacted Booking to say we had been scammed and wanted our money back, they said we would get a 50% refund. So do NOT book.
