This hotel is not family friendly and they weren't helpful with information about the Spa. We had plan to use the spa but the reception didn't share any information about it. We were waiting for 2 hours with a 1.5 year old boy.

“Nice place but bad organisation”
On arrival the reception told me they had given my room to someone else because they had complained about their room being too cold. They finally found me a room and told me id have to move the next day to another room which i refused as this wasnt my fault and i was up and out early as i was on another island at a wedding. Three times while i was at said wedding they rang me to ask why i haven't come to move rooms! After explaining over and over each time that i wasn't it was Really annoying when I'm trying to enjoy a family wedding. On check out they then asked again i was supposed to move and why didnt i

“Typical, costly but may be worth it.”
Location is central. Parking fee is recommended. Spa is for a fee, we did not try it. I recommend staying here especially if spending time in Marstrand, so you can enjoy it. If only for a sleep pause, you’d better book something cheaper.
