“The worst in the 55 nights in usa so far”
Room next to reception, constant noise throughout the night. Strange room set up. Whole wall glazed and overlooking pool. Little privacy and lights shining all night from pool area.

The food at the breakfast was good; however, they stop serving at 9:00 which seemed early AND we were finishing our plates of food when the staff member came in and told us he was closing down and we needed to finish quickly as it was nearly 9:00.

We were in town for a family wedding. We all drove over 3 hours. The wedding was at 4PM, check in was 3PM. We all arrived at 3PM. We had 4 rooms reserved and only 2 of them were ready. There was a total of 11 of us all needing to get ready and to the ceremony by 4. We had to scramble people around from room to room to get ready. Of course, none of the rooms were near one another which made it all the more difficult and stressful. I told the 2 working the front desk I expected a deducted rate for these rooms. They would not even reply to this request. Some of us ending up being late for the ceremony and were not able to get in since the wedding had already started.
