The view really is super. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the neighbourhood is nice. Supermarket, bus stop, beach and some restaurants very nearby

Location is great. View and not far to main city points. Nice restaurants and beach nearby. Nice to see sunrise from windows. Owner, Michel is very communicative and helpful.

A truly great place. A small, beautiful apartment with a grand view of Marseilles, it has everything we needed during our trip. It was clean, had all the amenities and more (including some coffe, tea, shower gel etc.). Its interior is quite beautiful, and the building is located very close to the sea as well as the marina in the tourist centre of the city. The owner was very friendly and gave us some tips for our trip, later during stay he was available for messaging.

The view, the cleanliness. The apartment was sunny and had a lot of special touches. It was great looking out at Marseille each day. It was located right near the beach and had a supermarket around the corner. Close to bus stops and you could walk to the port.

The location is great, 2 minutes walking to the Catalans beach an 5 minutes by bus to the Port. There is also a big supermarket next to the apartment.

Good location near beach. Amazing views. Our train was delayed and booking.com app was giving issues so owner and I could not contact each other. I rang and he was very helpfully and was willing to wait. I think some past bad comments on owners are down to language barrier. He was extremely helpful, but things can easily get lost in translation. Fantastic owner, we found him great and say thank you to him again.

Absolutely everything. Would throughly recommend. Michel is a gentleman. He met us on arrival and although we had a slight language barrier, he did wverything he could to make our stay welcoming and home from home. The apartment was spotless, bed comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need and also a washing machine. Bathroom and ahower first class. The location is 15 mins walk away from the hustle and bustle of restaurants and bars...the old port. The beach is at the bottom of the street. A large supermarket at the top of the street.Michel even helped us with a taxi the last day to get to the train station but unfortunately it did not turn up and it was slightly chaotic to try and get the bus..we managed and no reflection on Michel. So much thought and time has went into making guests feel home from home...the views are exquisite and the bells from the Basilica ringing all over the city on a Sunday morning is unbelievable. Definitely book this apartment for a city trip to Marseilles.

I am very satisfied with this accommodation apartment. Landlord Michael is a very enthusiastic person, thank you. This accommodation address is very convenient. Opposite is Wal Mart Supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping. The room is very tidy and quiet. All kinds of living facilities are available. From the window, you can overlook the sea, which is only a short distance from the beach. This is my first time coming to France from China and left a very good impression on me. Everything was really great: from the flat’s location (which is a very charming neighborhood), the room decoration, amenities and cleanliness to the amazing view. Michel is also a friendly host, making sure all your questions are answered and that everything goes smooth throughout your stay at the apartment. 100% recommend it!

Everything. Nothing to fault. My only complaint was that the sun didn't show for half my time in Marseille! Michel's flat however was a delightful sanctuary in an amazing location. Great communication and lots of friendly and thoughtful touches to the presentation of the apartment - really makes guests feel comfortable and demonstrates a host who cares and is willing to go the extra mile. I loved everything about my stay in this cozy apartment. Michel is an exceptional host, one of the best I've ever encountered. The apartment is very well equipped with many personal touches and the view is spectacular. I felt very much at home there and I would definitely book again if I ever return to Marseille!
