“Ok place but would only recommend because of the location”
Overall the experience was ok. Friendly staff and great location. There are supermarkets nearby and a few tram lines and metro which made it easy to go anywhere we wanted.

The personnel was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and well equiped, including a microwave and coffee machine. The breakfast was fresh, diverse and delicious. The location is great - well accessible from the airport and close to the centre. We will definitely come back again to Residhotel Le Grand Prado if we travel to Marseille.

“Better to find other hotel”
Can't rest because there is an on-going renovation. The bed is not ideal for couple,2 single bed put together. The quilt is for 1 person only.nothing on the television

“Simple but good!”
We had a pleasant time in Marseille, and the hotel was overall fine. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the location was great. We could walk to a nice beach, which took us about 1 hour, and also the port was in walking distance. For those who don't like to walk that much, there are also busses right in front of the hotel that take you to various beaches. The only aspect that was less pleasant was that the condition of the room was clearly beyond the image provided by the pictures. The standard is rather low, though the room was all clean when we arrived. So, just don't expect a high standard, and you will enjoy your stay because the staff is friendly and the location excellent.

The hotel is located on a very noisy street. Currently undergoing renovation, right on the floor where we were accommodated. Renovation work continued even in the evening and on Sunday. Room amenities were very modest (one pot, broom, but no dustpan, etc.)
