Beautiful located near city center, large rooms with comfy beds and good facilities (Nespresso, tea maker, bath and shower with separated toilet). Loved th balcony and view over the harbor. And proper carpark nearby with discount parking via the hotel.

“Disgusting service”

For the first time, I was downgraded to a lower room category. At the reception, the guy could barely speak English and didn’t explain anything, and the check-in process took a very long time. I didn’t feel like arguing at 9 PM anymore, but the rating reflects the level of service.

We were given room 901 with a beautiful view overlooking the sea and the city!

“Super pleasant”

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Located beside a wide, flat road, it's within walking distance of the Old Port and close to a large shopping mall. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and included a microwave. There was a tap next to the coffee machine. The bathroom also had a separate sink. I must also mention the attentive and excellent service at the reception.

The room was clean and cozy, with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and a convenient glassed-in balcony. The beds were very comfortable, and the plumbing and air conditioning worked perfectly. We were offered indoor parking nearby, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming; we spoke English. Our three-night stay left us with unforgettable, positive memories.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay! Very warm welcome and friendly staff. The hotel is very well equipped, extremely clean, and perfectly located. The breakfast was great, with good quality and plenty of choice. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!
