The breakfast was lovely and the location was central. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I liked the option where you could opt out of room service and get a drink instead. Also very welcome was the availability of water to drink on arrival - I needed it with the heat of Marseille. I had dinner one of the nights and it was very nice. I felt comfortable and well taken care of and the little gym on the sixth floor was a bonus.

The location is good, easily walking to trm & station in within 15 minutes. Staffs are friendly, especially the caretaker who very quick to replace the kattle for us. The breakfast is better than what I expect.

It was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The staff were all very happy to help. The food in Le Bouillon was delicious and the service was very good. The location was pretty good too.

Friendly and professional staff, the room was bigger than expected, comfy bed and sofa, and vegan options at breakfast (fruits, cereals, breads and jams, vegan yoghurts, range of vegan milks), easy to get to from the airport via airport coach to St Charles station

Great location with everything nearby, city centre within walking distance. Staff very professional and friendly. Room spotless clean and spacious, bed very comfortable, plenty of sockets for charging.

Aircondition wasn't set up to cool, so room was a bit hot - even end of January. Some switches in the room were a bit flimsy and the top air went not seated properly. There was a bundle of long hair in the shower, and they didn't remove it despite me telling them. I ended up removing it myself.
