“Fantastic short stay.”
The location was amazing. Very comfortable and very quiet even though we were in the middle of the busy area. Staff were wonderful. A fridge would have been awesome, but none of the rooms have this facility.

The location of the hotel is right at the old port, which is a great base for exploring Marseille. The hotel staff were great, so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean and spacious with all mod cons. The hotel is side on to the port, so don't expect a full on port view, but it was enough!

“Excellent location and very helpful staff”
Location was fantastic which is my most important criteria. I really liked the minute balcony because we could leave the door open and get fresh air. At night the closed balcony doors kept the noise out.

“Excellent hotel for a stay in Marseille”
Location was excellent, right on the port and close To public transport. The windows were double glazed which blocked out most of the noise. Loved the kettle and tea and biscuits provided, toiletries were good. Staff helpful when asked a question. I had a room with a view to the harbour, this is a must. Don’t go for a cheaper room. I loved looking out at the happenings on the port.

The location was excellent with a metro station just outside and the harbour which was nice but also had the ferries to take you over to the islands.

The hotel is very dirty. When we arrived, they gave us a room that was not ready, the bedding was scattered. We got wet and they changed our room. The whole hotel is dirty, walls, floors, sheets. This is just not for staying. I do not recommend!

Location is fabulous, walking distance from the train station too. Port area is great at night, full of restaurants and bars. Room was quiet and air conditioned and we loved the view from the balcony.
