“A wonderful place to stay.”
The view was stunning. We got up to take photos of the spectacular sunrise over the lagoon - it really was magical. In the daytime we sat on the balcony watching a kingfisher catching its dinner; at dawn and dusk bats swirled through the sky. The flat was great - big comfortable bed, lightproof curtains, ample wardrobe with lots of hangers. Balcony furniture. Superb shower. Wonderful location just a few minutes walk from several very good restaurants. Nowhere to swim, but good bus service to Marseillan Plage (NB no buses on Sundays). We loved every minute of our stay - the views were something I'll remember for ever.

Without doubt an excellent location. Views across l'etang were lovely and good access to restaurants and town centre.

The location is spectacular, near the marina and the lagoon. The apartment is spectacularly furnished, in a marine style, with many reinterpreted details, which give it a special, retro, sea style touch. The coffee table, the main table, the furniture, all in retro style /rustic. When you open the huge windows, you are one with the sea. Very good facilities, clean. Close to taverns and restaurants. We will come back.

Everything about the apartment is accurately shown in the pictures. It is spacious and comfortable and very convenient for shops, restaurants and everything in Marseillan. We loved having parking in the garage. And the view! It's to die for......

“The view makes up for some of the apartment short coming”
The location is fantastic The view, which would have been a lot better with clean windows. The bed was confortable The living-room /dining room, but cushions would help to the confort The bath Plenty of hanging space with hangers and storage for garments Garage space, too small for our car but luckily were given permission to park in another space by Audrey, so great

Fabulous location ! Views of the lake from both sides of the apartment. Just a few mins walk around the corner and you’re in the beautiful harbour with lots of restaurants to choose from. The apartment was beautifully furnished - very comfortable - lovely China and glassware. Parking in the garage below with a lift up to the flat made bringing suitcases in really easy. 10/10 ..would give higher if I could!
