Overview
Located in the seaside resort of Marseillan Plage, the Hotel Les Dunes has direct access to the fine sandy beach, the Mediterranean sea awaits you. The rooms on the sea side have a glass terrace with a view on the sea. The rooms on the garden or courtyard side have a terrace. The Family Suites and the 2 PMR rooms do not have a terrace. At your disposal: elevator, television, free wifi, private parking (paying) in summer, bicycle rental, petanque court. A buffet breakfast is served every morning in the room or by good weather, you will have the possibility of tasting it on the terrace. The center of the resort of Marseillan plage is 1.5km away The establishment is located 8 km from the Cap d'Agde golf club and 15 km from the city of Sète.

“Functional room perfect for a quiet beach break”
Comfortable room, almost everything necessary provided. Outdoor terrace was a lovely bonus I hadn’t expected, and proximity to the beach was great. Staff generally friendly and all spoke English which was helpful. Lovely quiet location.

“Great beach hotel”
Great location at the southern end of the sand spit between Sete and Agde, but before the first Agde harbour canal. One of the few hotels where you are in walking distance to a great beach. A bit dated but great service. If you can get a room with sea view balcony. Car park is at the property. The flipside to the beach location is that you have to drive or bike to Marseillan Plage for a bakery or coffee shop, and to Marseillan town or Sete for a choice of decent restaurants.

Right on top of Marseillan beach. Views from our room were fantastic. Amazing location. It has potential with a refit to be one of the top hotels in the area. We stayed in three hotels and the 'Dunes' breakfast did not match our other two locations. Staff were friendly.
