Neat, very spacious apartment, comfortable beds, large kitchen, terrace with table and chairs. We entered the apartment by taking the key from the safe at the door. The town is small, one main street on the waterfront, where there are restaurants and a market. There are two beaches, one was completely destroyed during a storm and now they are trying to somehow restore it. Convenient access to the airport, and also close to the capital Valletta. In short, the apartments are really not bad, apart from a few minor things, but the town itself didn't leave a big impression.

Loads of space and his/hers bathrooms (if there's just two of you) was excellent. Full kitchen with all the pots/pans and utensils required, ideal for cooking. Free on-street parking immediately outside in safe area. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the main promenade where all the restaurants and the scenic views of the harbour are. Local shops (butcher, baker, fish shop, deli/supermarket) all close by so ideal for self-catering - and the fresh fish bought from Sunday market was excellent!

Very nice apartment. Clean, well located, with large windows in the living room and kitchen that offer a beautiful view of Malta. The bed was excellent and I slept very well. There is also a bus stop almost right in front of the apartment

Very large apartment and clean in a quiet location. 2 full size bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The laundry room and ironing facilities were easy to use. Host gave us bread, ham, cheese, milk and margarine to make breakfast and coffee. It was unexpected and therefore much appreciated. Was able to get check in details evening before which makes it stressfree. Marsaxlokk is a quaint fishing village, very chilled and pretty, more people should visit.

What a fantastic place to stay for a few nights or more. Gave us enough food for breakfast which lasted our three night stay. Big balcony to look out to the port while having a wine. Everything in the apartment that you would need for a longer stay was there and 4 minute walk to the beautiful harbour with many restaurants. Bus stop to the airport 3 minute walk away. The owner was quick to respond to any message we sent to him.

I liked everything about the apartment, it’s spacious and comfortable. There was a bread prepared for us, along with milk, spread, ham and cheese in the fridge, which was really helpful since we arrived before midnight and had no time to shop. I really appreciate everything, it’s very high quality apartment for the price.

“Sayonara magic”

Modern apartment, the owner had thought of almost everything you could need. Even had high chairs and buggies if you had children. Parking is on the road safe and easy to find a space. However, 50m away is a very large free car park, with cctv. The location was perfect for us, 5 minutes walk to the front and all the restaurants. But away from any late noise at the peak of season. Added advantage the airport is only a 15 minute drive away. Valletta is 13€ Bolt/Uber drive away. The whole apartment was bigger than the photos show. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional.

Very spacious apartment, well fitted out with all we needed. Hosts left bottles of water, milk, bread, cheese and ham and spread to get us started re self catering - this was useful as it meant we didn’t have to go shopping straight away.

Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment with fantastic air conditioning. If you are looking for a slightly chilled location away from the crowds this is the perfect place. Marsaxlokk is beautiful and a very short walk away with a mini-supermarket about a kilometre away. There are some beautiful bays to swim/snorkel a short drive or boat ride away. The host couldn't have been more helpful leading up to the stay and met us on arrival even though it was quite late. There were also a few things in the fridge to get us going the next morning. Perfect.

This is the second time we stay at Sayonara for the reason that last year we felt welcome here. The apartment is very spacious, organized with taste and comfort. Upon arrival, fresh bread, cold cuts, cheese and milk were waiting for us. Both shower rooms are clean, towels are good quality and shampoo & shower gel are even provided. Whole apartment is finished to a high standard with great care. I highly recommend it! Thanks again to the owners.

“Excellent Holiday Accommodation in Marsaxlokk”

A very well appointed apartment in an excellent position in the fishing village of Marsaxlokk. The area was very quiet with easy parking available nearby which is very unusual for Malta. Local restaurants and the waterfront were a few minutes walk away. The furnishings are all of a high quality standard and the property was immaculately presented. The owner responded to any questions promptly. An outstanding property for a very relaxing stay.

A very polite host, comfortable beds and bedding, it's a pity that the mattress was a bit skimpy in the second bedroom. A comfortable large balcony, a nice kitchen is suitable for everything, it was nice to find milk, cheese and ham in the fridge, as well as bread. The toilet and shower work perfectly. The air conditioner in each room works perfectly, there is a lot of space, you can wash your clothes, several mirrors😍. Good location, close to the Sunday market at the pier, there is a bakery nearby that bakes fresh bread, near bus stops.

Big app with everything you need for relaxed vacation. Walking distance to center of village with lots of restaurants. Quite location.
