This is a rare apartment. — From the large terrace you get a view of what is probably the most open natural landscape in the area, unobstructed by buildings. On the terrace there is a small dining table with chairs and loungers (though keep in mind that in November the terrace doesn’t get much sun anymore, only a bit in the morning). The apartment is clean and equipped with everything needed for a longer stay as well — a washing machine, an oven, various kitchen utensils, and a larger supply of towels. In addition, the apartment is stylishly furnished and spacious. It is possible to park for free on the street. In the evening it may be a bit more difficult to find a spot, but you will definitely find one. The bedroom balcony is smaller and has an insect screen, which allows you to sleep with fresh air. The bed may be slightly uncomfortable for those who prefer a higher-quality mattress. Communication with the host was excellent — they responded quickly and helpfully and were very accommodating. It is very well suited for a couple who prefers accommodation in a quieter area with more natural scenery.

An exceptional penthouse apartment – spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you might need from a large smart TV, the high-speed internet, cimfortable bed, and the full air-conditioning, which made a real difference during the hotter days. Great terrace: peaceful, sunny from morning to evening. The apartment is in a very quiet area of the village, you can only hear animals in the close by farms. A short five-minute walk to reach the harbour and its many restaurants. There’s also a SPAR supermarket and an excellent fish monger nearby. Communication with the host, Alex, was excellent – always quick, efficient, and professional. The bar chairs have been replaced, which shows the host listens to the guests' feedback.

Beautiful penthouse apartment! Spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. It features a smart TV with a variety of apps, excellent internet speed, and full air-conditioning, which is a great comfort during warm periods. The highlight is definitely the large, quiet terrace with sun throughout the day and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and bay. The location is perfect — tucked away in a quiet part of the village, yet only a 5-minute walk to the bay and the port with many restaurants. A SPAR supermarket is just around the corner. Parking was always available on the street. Last but not least: communication with our host Alex was fast, very efficient, and cordial. We would not hesitate to return or recommend this appartment to others.

“Amazing views, quiet little oasis in a cosy village”

Amazing apartment, great terrace, bit windy at the time of visit, but that's not in control of the host. Very quiet apartment, with views over the bay and sea and landscape around. All the necessary utensils and tools available in the kitchen, parking available on the street - no reserved spot, but always able to find a spot in the evenings. 5 minute walk away from the bay, restaurants and SPAR shop also available just around the corner. Great internet speed, smart TV with many apps available.

This is a beautiful penthouse apartment. Beautifully renovated and a central location. The owners were so helpful. It has everything you need and we spent 3 lovely days there.

The host was very kind and he was waiting for our arrival in this appartment. The appartment was very clean and big, everything was perfect. There were everything you need.

Very nice brand new modern apartment with everything you need. Beautiful terrace and the centre of Marsaxlokk can be reached in 5 minutes. Above all Alex is an amazing host and is available for all questions before and after checking in.

A fabulous apartment within short distance of the harbour and restaurants. The terrace overlooks the nearby countryside and is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. Alex and Robert were perfect hosts who answered our questions very quickly.

Amazing stay! Bobby was a great host. The penthouse and the terrace-side is located on the quiet side of the (already quiet) town. Sun is available all day. The commodities are great! Squeaky clean and all recourses are available. It’s a 5 minute walk to the boulevard and 2 minutes to the Spar (supermarket). Busses go once an hour, so we were happy with our rental car.
