“Lovely place for a relaxing day. Unfortunately, we experienced some communication issues on the way.”
Communication was quite slow. We attempted to change our arrival time but received no response for several days. The contact number provided for assistance wasn’t answering at all on the day we arrived—nor was the owner’s number. Eventually, we did receive the code and were able to collect the keys, but it’s unclear why this information couldn’t have been shared earlier to avoid this kind of issue.
