The stay was extremely easy from the moment we arrived at the hotel, the check-in procedures, and our receipt of the chalet. The staff were extremely friendly. The chalet was clean, tidy, and quiet, reflecting the elegance and sophistication of the place in particular and the resort in general.

The place is secured 24 hours a day...there are many swimming pools, an aqua park, and a special area for children's games...the place is about 8 km from the city center

“We enjoyed the trip and will come back again in a month”
The chalet was clean and tidy. The view was wonderful. The accommodation and reservation officials were very cooperative and respectful. I thank the reservations manager, Mr. Ahmed Helmy, for his great interest in us and solving all our problems.

There is not follow up from staff especially for our request when arrived and the deal with us during leaving Porta in the last day was a bad manner
