I would suggest property owner to send a guideline how to go the place, it was challenging for foreigners to find it. When the wind is strong you could hear loud and clear something hitting the balcony window. The washroom equipment was rust!

The location is perfect as the flat is in the centre. The view from the balcony is nice. The flat is equipped with many things - you just don't want to use them for hygienic reasons.

The location was amazing, very good value for money! property was clean and tidy and provided the essentials required which was good. was an awesome stay. the best of all, the staff and their service provided, Makram was unable to speak English and still tried his best to assist and communicate with us and the owner of the property was the most helpful, constantly helping me and providing me with all the information and locations of the area. he was able to speak English and was very friendly and even translated for us if needed and provided us with the best service!

Mr Gad and Mr Makram made everything easy for us. They gave us all the information we needed before we ask for it. The location is perfect, close by all attractions. The view is wonderful from the penthouse. Best of all Mr Gad was very generous as he gave us free upgrade which made our weekend more convenient/enjoyable. We also liked the flexibility of checking in/out but please keep in mind that in our case it's off season so don't guarantee this during busy summer. The city and beach views are lovely even in winter.

-The owner and his assistant was exceptionally caring and assisting us with everything we needed and trying to resolve any problems we had even before we arrive till after we left. -the location is amazing and we enjoyed allot the panoramic view of the sea from our terrace. It is also very close from downtown and the best restaurants and shops and hospital nextdoor with 24/7 medical care. -There is big jacuzzi (4 persons) in the master bedroom, but if you come in winter or autumn you must know it doesn't have heating system (the jacuzzi) so far (might be fixed during renovations). -There is spacious outdoor area with nice pergola and connected with kitchen it was convenient to have breakfast there and there is small kids playing area nice for kids under 5. - there was no reservations before or after ours so the owner was very generous and flexible with checking in and out time. He was in USA and made sure to contact frequently to arrange all details with us.
