I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. From the reception staff to the restaurant and housekeeping team, everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made me feel so comfortable. I was even given a room upgrade, so I could enjoy a much better view than the one I originally booked. It was such a relaxing stay, and I only wish I could have stayed longer than just one night. I will definitely come back to Marsa Matruh, and this hotel will be my first choice again. Honestly,

Nice authentic hotel with a boutique hotel potential and good sea view from the higher floors. The reception staff is very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The front desk manager, Emad, was exceptional. 2 large bottles of waters delivered daily, bathroom amenities are replenished daily. A restaurant on the top floor is available for breakfast and lunch, if needed.

Uncomplicated Check-In and Check-Out. The receptionist was very kind and very helpful. He even gave us two little presents (key holders) when we checked out and provided us with very helpful and informative details about our route to Siwa. Room was ok, the bathroom a bit small but it was fine. Definitely worth the price. The breakfast was ok too, bits of continental + bits of egyptian dishes. A full egyptian breakfast would have been better. Quite loud during prayers time. Somehow normal in egypt in general but a better sound insulation could help.

The location is close to the city centre and most beaches. And the owner Emad is exceptionally helpful and very gentle person.

The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, the owner will give you every advice he has to make sure that you spend a good time in town.

Superb value hotel! The owners were super hospitable! One of the best in all my experience.. and I've stayed in many hotels, from 5☆ hotel suites to shared bathroom hostels... The rooms were decent, bathroom in working order.. totally what I expected from a family run hotel. All in all, a happy customer. Def will recommend!

We came to this city by car, but when we were about to check out, our car’s system and battery seemed to have some issues, and we couldn’t start it. We reached out to the owner for help, and not only did he step in to assist, but he also called his friends to help fix the car together. Thanks to their collective effort, the car was successfully repaired. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel warmly welcomed. On our first day, he gave us detailed recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, which turned out to be excellent. He even shared his WeChat contact with us, and later, he sent us stunning sunset photos taken from the hotel rooftop—such a thoughtful gesture! When we checked out, he even gave us a small souvenir with a beautiful meaning, which touched us deeply. The breakfast served at the hotel was also incredibly delicious and satisfying. His English is excellent, making communication very smooth. The hotel itself is spotless, with a fantastic location that is convenient for exploring the area. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and every detail of our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of a great environment, superb hospitality, and the owner’s genuine care and assistance made this an unforgettable experience. If I ever return to this city, I will definitely stay here again!
