The food is amazing, every day different thames for dinner, various choises all day. We ate everything from the recommended list of "do not eat when you are in Egypt" and we had no problem whatsoever. Iced drinks, fresh salat and fruits, fishes, etc. We get as much mineral water as we wanted, even in the room, the fridge was fully stocked each day. The coffee was nice and strong from the machine but there is also a cafe with barista quality too if you prefer. The staff is lovely, kind and helpful. The rooms are very large, clean with AC (a bit noisy bit managable), large flat tv (no netflix but varoius channels available), the shower room is huge, plus bath was available too. The balkony was facing to the main pool, it was a beautiful view day and night. The hotel has many pools, each has some unique extras. One made especially for children, one for families, one for adults only as a "silence area" is also available, etc. The beach has a coral all along, so it is a do not step on it area but there is a small section kept it sandy, not deep at all (for childer, not swimmer adult) another is for snorkelling with a lifeguard watching all day, and another snorkelling and diving area, deep with the most increadible underwater experience I have ever had. There is a diving center with many programs but we do recommend to deal with them for a private speedboat diving, that is a real moneyworth option in our opinion. The fireshow was lovely. The others and the live singer at the rooftop bar were just not our cup of tea. But it is our personal taste, so you can ignore. We would go back, with no hesitation, it was a great and relaxing week. Thanks a lot :-)

I like very much the genuine empathy of all the staff members, especially in the buffet with special kinder tables for kids. At the reception Karim and Mohamoud were always there for any kind of question. Thank you very much !

Very good value for money, great staff and facilities, peaceful with great food and many pools

Staff is amazing and help with everything what you need. They don't waiting for tips. Hotel has few big swimming pools and everyone can find something. Area for parties is in the front of hotel and you have silence around buildings with room what is really comfortable. When we walked from restaurant to our room whole complex was in silence. The food is amazing and you have many varieties of meals. I'm a vegan but I still had many choices for eating. We had room with outside jacuzzi and it was amazing with warm water. We definitely want to back to Sataya Resort next time

The staff is AMAZING. The Buffet is a 12/10. Definitely a 5 star resort with a cheap price. A special shout out to the 2 main Barman from the hot pool. They definitely made our days brighter.

Everything thing was perfect food service staff and Hossam from Reception was very helpful for us he mad our stay very comfortable

We had a great time, great location, really good food and all in all a great vacation. Special thanks goes out to the staff, we had a small issue with our room and Hani from the management team handled it very promptly and professionally.

“Great family hotel”

The fact that there are so many pools is very convenient as it never felt crowded and we never had to fight to get a lounge chairs. Also the kid area is very good so all the people with kids are there and there is so much for the kids to play with. I also liked the fact that there were breaks during the day regarding noise and activities. Also very practical is that there is a doctor onsite which made us feel safe in case our children would have any issue.

I only booked for one night but ended up staying for three nights. Amr at the reception was great and helped us rebook and made late check outs and next same day bookings comfortable for everyone. Ai Food was much better than anywhere else along the coast I visited with a bbq almost every night. The guys in the Bedouin tent also a highlight for me. Thank you will be back soon 😎
