The staff are highly professional, the facilities are clean and well maintained. There are lots of activity and show options, and all of them are of high quality. Even the quality of guests is amazing. It is a great service and an amazing value for money. I will definitely be coming back and telling people to come here. Props to Mr. Mina for his professional and amazing service, since we came and till we left. I can name many of the amazing and professional employees, but I don't wanna make this review long. Overall, excellent experience.

The Taf taf, cleaning and restaurant staff were friendly and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurants were quite good, offering a nice variety of food and generally satisfying meals throughout the stay, although quite repetitive. The gym was decent and well enough equipped for a good workout. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, who were very friendly and brought a lot of positive energy to the resort. Special shoutout to Sofia, Luna and Antonio! Overall, it was a great place to spend a vacation and I would definitely consider coming back.

The hotel is very modern and well-kept. The room and the bathroom were spacious. We liked that the transfer was included. It was nice that the food and drinks were available almost 24/7, and that they were unlimited.

It’s an amazing stay. Everything is brand new, the furniture is new, and the whole place is very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is an airport transfer service, and the sea is absolutely beautiful. Swimming among the corals is an incredible experience. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options. The animation and entertainment team communicate very well and create a great atmosphere. We are definitely planning to come back again and again. A special thanks to the resident manager, Mr. Ramazan, who helped us at every stage of our stay.

We stayed at Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin Resort from November 2nd to November 8th, 2025, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing overall. Let’s start with the positives: the staff were absolutely wonderful. Every single person we met — from reception to the restaurant team and the animation crew — was extremely kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. You can tell they work really hard, and they are the only reason this place deserves any stars at all. The sea was also beautiful, with clear water and lovely surroundings. However, everything else was far from what you would expect from a five-star resort. The food was the biggest disappointment. While at first there seemed to be plenty of choice, in reality everything tasted the same. The quality was low, with food that often felt prepackaged and flavorless. Even the fruit and vegetables had no taste, and after a few days, eating there became a real struggle. There were only two options for dinner, one or two for lunch, and two for breakfast, but all of them offered the same dishes every day, so it quickly became boring and repetitive. The two à la carte restaurants that were supposed to be a highlight were another disappointment. They’re advertised as prestigious dining options, but in reality, one of them was almost impossible to book — the fish restaurant had a waiting list of over a week and only about 40 seats available per night. It honestly felt like a joke, especially for a resort that claims to be five-star. To make matters worse, several facilities advertised on the official website were not even open when we arrived. The Aquapark and some of the other restaurants were still under construction, even though they were shown online as available and fully operating. This was really misleading and disappointing — we felt like we didn’t get what we were promised when we booked. The room itself was nice and fairly spacious, but it still had a bit of a cheap feeling overall.

The room and the bathroom were excellently equipped and clean (thanks to Refaie, who cleaned the rooms) – everything we needed was truly there. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, yet never intrusive. The food was really delicious, varied, and there was always something for everyone. There was a full‑day programme of activities — from morning through afternoon and into the evening, something was always going on. We took two day‑excursions with Eyad, which we really enjoyed. He made us feel comfortable, was friendly throughout, and the experience was well organised—just a little more expensive than other options, but worth it.
