I was happy with the location. It has a busy and a quiet pool. The beach was always quiet and very well maintained. There are a lot of service persons who help you in case of need. Beach towels are provided and can be changed whenever you like. The sea at the beach is shallow, excellent for small children. If you like to relax this hotel is an excellent place. If you like entertainment, then you can go the the activity pool. If you like to snorkel you can reach the deep sea via a jetty bridge (350m). There is a life guard and even life wests are provided in case of need. However the terrain is not an excellent snorkeling area, there is not much to see, there are nicer ones in the red sea. Of course you can book snrkling tours to go there. I was quite happy with the place. About food: There are a lot of options, but you should not expect hot food. It is never warm. For me this is not important, but some people do not like this.

All the staff were GREAT - so friendly and helpful. But I want to make a SPECIAL mention for the reception team who were a real PLEASURE to interact with and who made everything PERFECT for me and my son. THANK YOU to Gaber, Ereny, Mohamed, Mahmood, Anton and Ali you made me SMILE every day. We came for the snorkeling on the reef but we shall return because of the wonderful people here.
