“Average hotel”
The staff were courteous, especially Sultan the omelette specialist. The bread-making lady was very nice to us. The house reef location was good. The entertainment was funny.

“I was happy ín this Hotel.”
The hotel was great. Not luxurious, but extremely friendly, clean. The staff is polite, helpful, everyone smiles, I only think of everyone with love. The food was also satisfactory for us, it was always enough. They also brought a fruit plate to our room. It was my birthday the day after we left, but they brought a cake in the evening. There is a sandy part of the beach suitable for swimming and there is a coral wall from the pier. We have no reason to complain, in fact... I warmly recommend it to anyone who values friendly, pleasant relaxation over luxury. Excellent value for money. Thank you for everything MG Alexander.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was super clean, comfy, and the food was honestly sooo good, there’s something for everyone. Pool, beach, vibes, all great. Every person working in hotel was very, very kind and helpful. But the real star was Klaudia from Guest Relations! ❤️ She’s just awesome, always smiling, super helpful. You really feel taken care of with her around. She made such a big difference in our stay, and we’re so grateful for that! Totally recommend this place and if you get Klaudia looking after you, you’re in good hands! 🙌

“I got everything I needed from this trip the food comments aside but other than that it was good”
Tourist and animation team were great and drinks at the bar were okay. The Italian restaurant was great, it was fine dining, the grill restaurant was good.

“Sunny Marsa Alam resort with a variety of animation”
The resort is 30 minutes from Marsa Alam airport. I had a standard garden room and was very happy about that. The room was far away from the evening animation area and close to the beach. The cleaning person did a proper job and was friendly. There is a large animation area (theater and stage) which is busy every night as well as a club that can also get busy. The beach area was lively with aqua gym, Zumba and lots more. Special thanks goes to Waleed Fo at reception who helped me sort out some requests.

“Beautiful vacation”
The staff was wonderfoul, explecially the Asmaa and Mohamed Salah. The room excelent, in front of the beach and the lake, very confortable, you have all you need. Very relaxing vacation. The sea fantastic.

“This is not a four star hotel, I would give it max. 3 stars // but it was cheaper then the regular 4 star hotels”
Location not too far from airport/Marsa Alam/ Elphinstone reef for super dive spots, friendly staff, rooms were clean and spacious, close to the beach
