“Run opposite direction”

Nothing to like it was not clean and I paid for room with balcony they tried to give me a room without. But changed it in the end . OK something good There was Hot water Bed was comfortable once I put my sheets on the bed it looked presentable

“Marsa alam apartment”

Apartment was spacious and had good air conditioning, large quite new refrigerator. The price is very good. There is someone on hand all the time to help with luggage or taxis.

“Don't stay in his hotel”

Before negotiating with the boss to see the price of dolphins ，when we arrived at the hotel ，the price immediately rose ，rising to an outrageous point， the boss was not honest at all.

Saad was very kind and helpful. He spoke excellent English with us and organised a trip to the desert for us. One of the best hosts we have ever had! We trusted him with all of his advice, and enjoyed chatting to him. The apartment was a 15 minute walk from the main centre of Marsa Alam, but it is easy.

“Lovely Stay in Marsa Alam”

I was a little apprehensive to book the place initially but after a four day stay here, i absolutely loevd it. The studio unit was well furnished with a fridge, washing machine, kitchen and bathroom had a tub with hot shower. It's perfect for divers as there's a balcony which is great to dry your gear and clothes. Room itself was very spacious and the staffs were lovely. Mr. Saad the owner even arranged for dives and the dolphin trip at a reasonable price. Heads up, do bring some USD with you for trip needs to be paid in it. I did not have any USD with me however Mr. Saad was very accomodating when i had some trouble with transacting the payment online. The eateries are a short walk away and city centre can be reached by foot. I had a wonderful time exploring the town and didn't have the heart to leave this place. Rest assured, you will feel completely at home here. Go for it and book it.❤

the owner is super kind and he will help you in every way possible if you need something. 15 mins walk from the centre but closer to the sea... it also has a beautiful rooftop and a very useful minimarket and cafe just downstairs.. they can arrange everything for you, transports, trips and food..

We were very happy with the spacious rooms and the services they priveded to do some diving. The rooms had everything we needed, it was clean, silent and we slept well.

“A good place for budget travelers!”

My brother and I enjoyed our stay at Lady Queen. - The staff and the owners are very friendly. Saad and his wife, the owners, are always available through WhatsApp to help you. They helped us to book a tour to Dolphin House which was great! - The apartment is comfortable. Fridge, electric cookware, hot water and comfortable beds. - The roof top is quite nice.

The place is just perfect. The apartment was clean and so comfortable. Bedroom and the bed itself was big and so comfy. The person working at the reception was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it, you can get proper rest after trips around Marsa Alam :)

Very nice for the price . Mr Saad is a very helpful and friendly man who helped us to visit all the wonderful places in Marsa Alam.The next time I visit Marsa Alarm lady Queen Apartment will be my best place to stay .

“The Lady Queen was not a real Lady”

The Lady Queen owner wasn't aware about our arrival, we had to talk with a kind child who called the owner and tried to translate. After 20 minutes we found out that the English speaking owner was in the same building in her apartment. We booked a king studio with double bed and balcony and the owner wasn't able to provide the apartment. In fact she placed us in an apartment with a twin bed and without balcony. Wifi and breakfast not mentioned even if present in the post description. We left for another hotel after 2 hours and the owner didn't refund us, even if she wasn't even aware about the reservation.
