“Lovely hotel near snorkelling spots”

We had a good stay at this hotel. The food and drinks were enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Rooms were clean and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. The entertainment team created a welcoming atmosphere and added a fun touch to the evenings. The hotel’s location near great snorkeling spots was also a big advantage. We’ve stayed at Cardina Resort twice already, and we’ll definitely come back again! We were there with our family and two nine-year-olds — it was an incredibly comfortable and safe vacation. The resort offers a great balance of entertainment for both adults and children. The rooms are spotless, and if anything breaks, it’s fixed immediately. Special thanks to Mr. Said and Mr. Ahmet for their attentive and caring attitude toward guests. The food is excellent — themed dinners, a pasta and egg station for breakfast, and fresh fruit at every meal. On the beach, you can grab burgers and fries — perfect for kids! There’s a wide variety of dishes, including plenty of options for vegetarians, as well as delicious fish and meat. The restaurant’s head chef Elneny truly deserves recognition! A big thank you to the animation team, especially Mommi, the best sports animator ❤️. And also thanks to the Ahmed fire for the great music and the incredible fire show — it was unforgettable! Overall, we highly recommend this resort!

“An excellent place for rest and sunshine in autumn or winter — clean, relaxing, and good value for money.”

The resort was very clean, with towels provided for both the pool and beach. The staff were friendly, and housekeeping was of good quality. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is available — whether you prefer snorkeling or simply resting by the pool. Although the beach is small, the pool areas offer plenty of space to unwind.

My recent stay at Aurora Bay Resort Marsa Alam was absolutely exceptional, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were met with the most wonderful staff. The reception guys, in particular, were incredibly helpful, supportive, and super friendly, making the check-in and out process a breeze. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel's facilities are super amazing. The pool area is fantastic, and the beach is simply beautiful, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The entire team made our stay truly memorable. This is a must-visit hotel if you are looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding service!

The staff were very welcoming and cheerful The food was delicious majority of the time The sea is wonderful ...so many great fish types amazing for snorkeling The hotel itself is not huge so distance between rooms, pools, and reception or restaurants are close

The stay was amazing and the restaurant food was awesome especially chef Ziad Ali who does the pasta. Also Mr. Sayed Hamada in the reception is one of the best staff in the hotel with his continuous smile and warm welcoming. Also the housekeeping was very good especially Ahmed. When a problem happened in the hotel with an electricity shutdown, the hotel general manager Mr. Ahmed Eraky intervened to solve the issue immediately. Also the man who helps in organizing the way from the hotel to the sea on the other side of the road was very helpful and did his job greatly.

Beach, cleanliness of the rooms , space of the rooms , staff availability, and always ready to assist, pool, food was good with varieties. The room service guy was so professional, helpful, and honest.

Outstanding staff, really couldn't do enough for us specially Mr. Kareem in the reservations and Mr. Sayed in the reception.Room was awesome, food was incredible and very reasonable priced. location is a real puls with the incredible reef. It the best positioned hotel in Marsa Alam. reception

All the air condition at the room is not working at stuff trying to repair but not working It is very old equipment

Food Quality: The food is excellent, especially the pastries and pizza. The chef responsible is one of the best in Marsa Alam. The pasta chef is also outstanding. Pool Service: Hesham, the staff member at the pool, is very polite and provides excellent service. Security: The security staff are cooperative and deserve appreciation. Management: The hotel manager and the executive chef are doing a great job and deserve recognition. Bar Service: Good overall – rated 7/10. Reception: Acceptable service – rated 7/10. Facility Notes: Rooms: Air conditioning works but is not at the best performance level. Beach: The beach is rocky and suitable only for snorkeling. However, there are sandy beaches nearby that are more suitable for swimming and snorkeling.

Room was spacious and comfortable, the Resort beautifully made. Fantastic staff, always trying to make us having a good time. Food was good, huge variety. The reef was good, the water in April a little bit fresh - a Neopren-Suite is a good Idea.
