Only one issue was with a breakfast. Unfortunately after visiting 5 cities and many hotels breakfast was the worst, and I am not a picky person. Selection was too poor, quality was very bad too(((

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I arrived, my reserved room was not available, so they had to give me another one instead. On top of that, the receptionist who assisted me at check-in was not welcoming or pleasant at all. The next day, after housekeeping cleaned the room, they forgot to leave towels in the bathroom. I had to call reception more than twice before someone finally brought them. Overall, the service and organization did not meet my expectations.

Unprofessional rude behaviour. ,I paid for my room in advance for peace and quiet of my mind.TO END SAYING TO ME WE ARE FULL, BOOKED I WAS FURIOUS I PAID FOR TWIN ROOMS I ENDED UP GET UPGRADED ON WORTHINESS APARTMENT. I love Morocco as my own home country ,I NEVER COMPLAIN BUT THIS BAD EXPERIENCE I CANNOT JUST LET AGO. BOOK COME I ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ONE HAS MADE ME THINK IF I WILL BOOK ANYMORE HOTEL- AS WE FEEL POWERLESS WE WORK HARD FOR THOS HOLIDAYS WE BRING INVESTMENT YET TO BE GREAT BY A RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL RUD MAN.

“Comfortable and friendly place to stay in Marakesh.”
Pool in the main hotel was closed - unfortunately. One could still sit by the side, but not swim. Room was very comfortable, although a bit small. But hotel was well maintained, breakfast was very good, and parking was adequate.
