“Amazing!!”

A large group of us stayed at this property and we were all so impressed with it! The villa and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. It is immaculate and kept so clean. The greenery is really well kept considering it can be so warm - you can tell a lot of time and effort goes into keeping it well maintained! The staff are absolutely amazing and they cannot do enough for you- especially Fatima who was so welcoming and a real asset to Villa Koutoubia. Fatima ensured all our meals were sorted and was so helpful with local knowledge and activities. She genuinely wanted us to have a lovely trip! We ended up doing the lunch and dinner packages and the food was all home cooked and it was delicious. I was slightly nervous about eating as I am pregnant however the kitchen was immaculate and all the salads are washed in bottled water - the food was fabulous! The hammam was beautiful also, and again, it was immaculate. This was a lovely, relaxing activity and we would definitely recommend. A special thank you also to Sybille for helping us organise our food packages, travel packages and supermarket trip! As there was 13 ladies, Sybille also helped us organise for a yoga instructor to come into the villa and do an hours yoga class. This again was fabulous and was all so easily organised thanks to Sybille. We will all be returning! I cannot say enough positive things about our stay here!

Beautiful property with stunning gardens and amazing facilities. Very private and only 20 minutes away from the old city. Fatima, Abdou and the team were delightful. Extremely helpful and friendly. Fatima’s beef cous cous was the best we had in Marrakech. Would love to come again.

“A wonderful stay in an impressive house with a beautiful garden”

Villa Koutoubia was the perfect way to relax after the hustle and bustle of the Marrakech Medina, and a short stay in the Zagora desert. The house is impressive with large rooms, and very comfortable beds. The outside area is tremendous with beautiful tended gardens, a pool perfect for swimming laps with lots of sunbathing space, a gym and even a ready made area for playing pétanque. The hammam is a special extra touch, although we chose not to use. We took the decision to have lunch and supper catered for us Moroccan style by Fatima and the other staff for an additonal fee...a very good decision as the food was delicious, in fact the best we had tasted in Marrakech. Communication with Sybille was very efficient, so took out any stress from ensuring our arrival went smoothly.

Our group of 10 had a dream holiday at Villa Koutoubia. We are incredibly grateful to Fatima and her team for looking after us so well. Everything was simply above our expectations. The property is stunning, the facilities are outstanding, the grounds are spacious and perfectly maintained. We also had a bus organised for us and multiple tours organised by Abdou. We had meals in the villa and they were beautifully prepared. If you happen to read this review, don't even hesitate to book this property. It's perfect for a group of friends or a family gathering. “A venue I would recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves!”

The property was fantastic which suited our groups needs, including pool, gym facilities and sauna! The team on-site led by Fatima were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and provided lovely breakfast and dinners and adjusted times of these to suit our daily schedules. The property is approximately 30/40 minutes drive from central Marrakesh which we were slightly worried might cause use problems. Although, for all trips we made we used a taxi company recommended by Sybille, the taxi company led by Abdou bent over backwards to accommodate our plans and would wait between locations and always arrived with the greatest of promptness.

Fatima and her team were outstanding, nothing was to much trouble. They were kind, friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The house and grounds were breathtaking, kept spotlessly clean and done to a very high standard. We all loved our stay and are already looking to book again!
