the host was amazing! greeted us with tea and a full tour of the villa, and had the pool heated and waiting for us. we were only here for about 8 hours because of an early morning flight but host was very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process! rooms were HUGE and bathrooms were really really nice.

The villa was very spacious and clean,Hamza was very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. He was communicating on a daily basis to see if we needed anything. Outdoor area was lovely and a pool guy came every couple of days to maintain it. Bedrooms and balcony were gorgeous. Pool was fantastic. Perfect size and we were asked how warm we would like it so it was like a bath,which was lovely on the chillier days of February. The view of the golf course from the garden is very nice and a stroll around the golf course makes for a lovely morning walk. The golf club has a lovely bar and restaurant with very tasty burgers etc. The house is only 2 km from the airport so there are planes flying over all day from very early morning.This didn't bother us (actually quite nice to watch the planes flying over) but something to consider if the noise might bother some people.

If we could rate this villa 12 out of 10 we would. It EXCEEDED our expectations by far. The villa is huge and is absolutely immaculate. Not only is it spotless, but everything is in excellent condition and excellent working order. The pool is heated and an absolute dream. Heating and air con in every room. Hosts provide towels and additional bedding, all of the best quality. The villa is so secure and the resort is guarded 24 hours a day. Our host, Hamza couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and he met us at the villa on arrival to show us around and give us the keys. The location of the villa is beautiful, it literally backs onto the golf course which is stunning. A 3 minute stroll across the golf course and you have the Montgomery Club House which serves delicious food, the burgers are excellent, portion sizes generous and prices are excellent value for money. You can spend hours eating and drinking and enjoying the peaceful location. It also has a cash machine which is very useful. The villa is approx 15 min drive from the Medina and souks, or Gueliez. If you go on any trips, they will pick you up from the door of the villa. A taxi to any of the main places of interest (and to/from Marrakesh airport) will cost you around 150 dirhams. If you decide to drive, good luck! It seems there are no rules on the road!! We are already planning our return trip in October and will be staying at the villa again. It really did offer the perfect base for our long weekend in Marrakesh. Thank you so much Hamza, your kindness and organisation made our holiday all the better. If you stay at this villa, you will NOT be disappointed. And be sure to try the quad biking and the camel ride and sunset dinner and show. They were brilliant experiences that offered excellent value for money.

A very nice villa with everything we needed for a family holiday with 3 generations of family. Our hosts Hamza was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, changing the temp of the pool. Abde provided a wonderful service taking us to our chosen attraction, providing local information.

Breakfast on the first and last day was excellent. Lots of space for the family to be together but also lots of quiet space to relax.beautiful location overlooking the golf course with a restaurant and bar on site if needed. Very helpful staff offering places of interest to visit.

The breakfast was traditional and loved the Moroccan bread which was made freshly everyday.
