The Riad is really central, just a few minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa square and the souks. Our host Anass is one of the most kind and welcoming person I’ve ever met. I was very content to spend my time in such a comfortable place.

“An "okey" stay in Marrakesh”
Location is quite nice (15 min walk from main square). Bed is comfortable and shower is modern. Reception is able to schedule an airport transport if necessary.

Perfect location - Souks 1st time there. Loved it a lot. Very friendly For 1.st time arrival: Recomment to check via google maps the location in advance - special when you arrive late.

“great hosts and location but the condition of the place needs improvement”
The location is very central and the business is family owned which makes it a more personal touch. Everyone was very helpful with requests and helped call a cab and also provided coffee/tea and breakfast. The only thing that made this worthy of points were the friendliness of the hosts

“Authentic experience in the middle of Marrrakech”
Very authentic accomodation in the middle of old town. Friendly hosts, good wifi. In general good value for money, if you want authentic experience.

It was impossible to find. We walked around for 40 minutes with our luggage because the address listed is not correct and also after calling the staff they also sent another wrong address with could not be found on google maps. Finally we could find the place by the staff’s location. Also there is no sign or anything outside the door. The door smelled like stale air and bleach. In the room there was no natural light at all.
