From start to finish the host Habiba was really friendly and welcoming. It was easy to communicate with her through booking.com as she doesnt speak english. Always responsive and ready to help. Habiba recommended Hamza who is literally the go to guy for anything. Whether it's taxi's, grocery, restaurant recommendations. Together they are a great team and the hospatility was first class. You feel completley safe and cared for. A beautiful and relaxing enviorment. Do try Habiba's breakfast. Very tasty and presentable. Also the rooftop terrace is amazing comfortable which gives you a great view of the Riad. Thank you Habiba and Hamza

Habiba was fantastic; her service and kindness was unbelievable and we felt so welcomed into her home. Her breakfasts are fantastic, everything was made in her home to give you a taste of Marrakesh. She was very attentive and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible and all our needs fulfilled. The room had A/C which was very good, extremely useful for 30-40C sun. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room had a large wardrobe to hang up clothes. The Riad is gorgeous - beautifully decorated with a gorgeous sun-trap terrace that overlooks the entire estate. The Riad is hosted in a gated community with a breadth of cafes, restaurants and shops all open late. It has a large swimming pool and there are lots of other tourists here which was nice to meet some new people. We felt very safe here and very comfortable thanks to Habiba. We will stay again!

“Wonderful stay in a lovely room with a fantastic host!”
Beautiful terrace to relax, access to a pool to cool down, the entire complex was peaceful and beautiful. It’s a short walk into the Medina, but quiet and peaceful. Habiba was so welcoming and friendly, she gave us loads of useful information, and she took the time to let us practice our French with her in a low-pressure way, which helped when chatting to people around the city. Her breakfast was also amazing! We sampled a few and hers was definitely the best.

Fantastic moroccan breakfast, beautiful terrace, the kindest host Habiba 🩷🥰 very clean swimming pool with sunbeds nearby. We were able to do laundry which was very convenient. Highly recommend!!!

The apartment was very nice and clean. The rooftop is magical! Loved the atmosphere in the condo as well. It is quite and safe. Habiba is a friendly host and we felt very welcome in her house.

Habiba is an excellent and super friendly host. Her breakfast is also very delicious. And I absolutely loved the rooftop terrace - though be aware that it is a shared terrace, yet the riad has only 3 or 4 rooms so mostly I was alone or shared the space with one or two more people.

“A Beautiful Haven in Bustling Marrakech”
Our host Habiba was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The location, in residence Al Qaria Assiyahia, was a great jumping-off point for exploring the old Medina, only a 20-30 min walk to the bustling market square, but featuring some wonderful restaurants, cafes and convenience stores cheaper than most in the medina. Security at the gates as well as access to parking and cabs are also great features of the neighborhood. Our room with a private en-suite was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, and the bed was super comfortable. Although we used a shared entrance, Habiba encouraged us to come and go as we pleased. We had use of the living and TV area, a separate upstairs kitchen (including a washing machine for 30DH per wash) and a stunning rooftop terrace overlooking the neighborhood with a view of the mountains. Overall, the Riad Palmier Fleuri was one of the best experiences of our first trip to Marrakech and we would happily return.
