“Disappointed!”

While the hotel was stunning—from the lobby and pool to the dining and lounge areas—with its beautiful, authentic Moroccan design, the room unfortunately needs significant improvement. The tiles felt old and appeared dirty, the toilet bowl was even loose from the floor, and the shower was clogged! Room needs some serious renovation!

It was beautiful and like being in a real palace, everything smelt wonderful and it was clean and very memorable. The food was delicious.

The place is spotless, beautiful, inviting and so calm. The staff is incredible and kind. It was our second stay with them and loved every minute of it. The rooms are so beautiful and the decor is so typical. Love it! They make our experience unforgettable. Nothing is ever too much for them, they are kind and attentive. The restaurant has the best food we ever had in Marrakech, can't do anything better really! Will visit again

In general, the riad is amazingly beautiful and very well located. The employees are kind and welcoming, and the breakfast is really good. The overall atmosphere of the property is charming and authentic. I also appreciated the convenience of staying there before and after our desert tour.

The most magical stay at Riad Palais Sebban. The Riad itself is beautiful with its decoration and location. Located in the Media, it was great walking distance to all the top tourist spots. The staff were so warm & friendly - nothing being a bother. The breakfast was a stand out feature, so fresh and tasty. Do not miss the opportunity to stay here!!!

The breakfast was spectacular - many options and very fresh! Very tasty too. The staff were very kind and helpful and went the extra mile to give me the best room possible to accommodate my needs - lots of love for Omar and Chaima. Every single member of the staff was very warm and professional. The place itself is stunning and extremely well maintained. 10/10 cleanliness! Ended my stay with hammam and massage and it was great!
