I’ve travelled to 198 countries; stayed in accommodation ranging from basic to delightfully fancy. What makes us return to places like this? Is the consistently fabulous treatment and going the extra mile by someone as professional, courteous and downright charming as Chaymae. The hotel is a hidden gem; the food tremendous and the jazz nights transport you into old Morocco. Go.

Beautiful authentic character property. Extremely helpful staff. Loved the evening vibe with live jazz. Location was perfect for strolling around the souks, visiting the main square and many of the tourist attractions.

“A wonderful Riad in Marrakesh”

It was an immaculate Riad in a very good position in the medina , the staff were very friendly & especially Soufian on the front desk who was extremely helpful to every request & enquiry. The 2 restaurants are fantastic & there is a great bar. There is live jazz music every evening, which creates a wonderful atmosphere . We ate twice at L’arabe Bistro, the rooftop restaurant - excellent. You won’t regret staying here

Great property in the heart of the Medina, with easy reach to the site and taxi ranks for longer trips. Great food and music. Exceptional service by all of the staff.

The staff were excellent; so friendly, helpful and professional, even before we arrived when handling queries and requests in advance. Particularly good at organising taxis for our group and escorting us to and from the pick up point. Excellent location near main square.

This is an absolute gem in the heart of Marrakech, placed within the medina it is a great location for exploring the city. The staff are incredible, in particular Chaymae who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt so welcomed by them all and loved every minute. This riad is stunning and beautiful designed, clean and comfortable. The jazz evenings are beautiful and both the restaurants within the property are worth a visit. The jazz evenings are incredible which we loved but if you are tired and wanting an early night the music is loud and with people eating and drinking outside the room it prevents this. This would be my only warning for people staying here but the music finishes at 11pm and the place quickly quietens after this. The rooftop jacuzzi is stunning and a welcomed bit of peace and relaxation after a day of exploring. This place is honestly amazing and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Amazing service from the staff - particularly the two ladies on reception who went out of their way to help and make us feel important. Nice products in the room and a great location. Enjoyed having a bar we could visit and the hammam experience was amazing.

The hotel was outstanding, restaurants and bar were a great added bonus. But the staff made the whole experience just fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble & they all went out of there way to make you feel extra welcomed. If we ever return to Marrakech this will be our choice of hotel again.
