Beautiful riad, with traditional decor. We especially appreciated the terrace and the patio. Great location, around 5 minutes away from the main square and very easy to find, in a quiet area of the Medina. Breakfast was amazing. We also tried the hammam and we recommend it. However the true gem of this Riad is its staff. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful.

What can I say, I was slightly worried when we were walking down an alley to the Riad, Mohammed had met us when the taxi dropped us off. It seemed abit bleak but it was late at night. When we stepped into the property it was a different world, traditional Moroccan decor. The property was super clean and well maintained, our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a good selection, you don't get to choose it is brought to you, usually fresh juice, fresh fruit salad, pancakes, fresh bread with jams and honey and endless freshly ground coffee. Mohammed looked after us really well and gave us plenty of tips and booked our taxis for us to and from the airport. We were 2 couples, our friends room which was on the lower floor near the little plunge pool was bigger than ours as it was a duplex and had more storage space, a hairdryer and a safe. Our room was on the first floor. We didn't have a hairdryer or safe which wasn't a problem and I'm sure if we asked we would have been provided with one. To get into the Riad you either have to ring a bell or use the door knocker and Mohammed will come and open the door. We went on a walking tour the first day. We visited Essaouira which we wouldn't return to. Our best trip was the Atlas Mountains and a walk to the waterfalls with lunch included, it was amazing. The hotel is a short walk from all restaurants, bars, shops etc. It also has an amazing roof terrace which we didn't have time to use!

A charming riad tucked away in a peaceful alley, yet just steps from the vibrant energy of the Medina. The staff—Issam, Mohammed, and Soufiane—were exceptionally warm and attentive, going out of their way to help my friend and me with everything we needed. The riad itself is beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to return to after a day out. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time in Riad Mehdia. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, rooms tidy and clean and the bed very comfortable. The Riad is a wonderful calm place. We enjoyed the Hamam and the Massage. Especially we liked, that it is an old house with the effort to keep the original interior.

The Riad is perfectly positioned for access to the centre of Marrakesh. Within a minute you have access to cafe’s, restaurants and shops whilst being only 10 minutes to the Souks. The primary attractions are all within walking distance too. This allows you to pop back for a rest before you head out again. In the Riad itself, there are a number of areas you can sit and relax plus enjoy a cooling dip or on the other end of temperature enjoy a moist heat room and even enjoy a traditional massage. The bedrooms are delightful and cleaned to perfection.

The riad's employees were very helpful and mindful. They always greeted us and were available non-stop. The location is right near the central market and near good restaurants but tucked away enough to not hear all the commotion from the street.

A beautiful riad in a calm alley, right next to the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The staff, Isham, Mohammed and Soufiane were the most friendly and helped my mom and I with all our needs. The building is beautiful and well taken care of, so we were delighted to wake up and come back to Riad Mehdia every day. Breakfast was really good and different everyday. We'd highly recommend a stay here.

Great service. Perfect location: very close to Jamaa El Fna and a square where taxis can drop you off, but the street is much more quiet than the souk. Great hammam and perfect massage.

Staff were lovely and friendly, everyone was so helpful. You got a good big breakfast every morning, with yoghurts, pastries, fruit and coffee. It all felt very authentic and traditional. There were sunbeds on the roof and spa facilities on the ground floor. Situated right in the center of the market too!

Our stay here was incredible! The riad is really beautiful and on a great location. Mohamed is the sweetest host, we felt very taken care of. The breakfast every morning was delicious! I can also really recommend the massage they offer.
