We only stayed here for one night but it was amazing. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Went through the old town, how to get around and helped set up a maps app on our phone for easy navigation around Marrakech!

Everything! Hicham and the staff were incredible; the place is like a little haven to return to after a busy day out. Rooms were stunning, comfortable and not as noisy as expected. Roof terrace is lovely to relax on. Whole place was perfect.

We loved the Riad, particularly the help and friendliness of Hisham, the manager. He couldn’t have been more kind and thoughtful.

Riad Matham was even better than the photos. The hotel manager went above and beyond, giving us a very helpful explanation of the Medina. Highly recommend getting the airport pick up, it makes the transfer to the riad very easy. Also recommend having dinner in the riad too, this was our best meal in Marrakech

“Amazing Riad with Incredibly Helpful Staff”

The Riad was beautiful, very clean and with excellent facilities. Hisham was incredibly helpful - showed us how to navigate the Medina, and even got up early to get us breakfast on our final day and walk us to the taxi pickup. The location is really good - easy to walk to all of the main attractions but not too busy. Breakfast food was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and would come back if I'm ever in Marrakech again!

The Manager was just amazing,soo kind, nothing was too much for him. We had dinner there and it was really good. Our room too was lovely,we had the Wataside room and I really liked the bathroom and the shower was great. The room wasn't so big but adequate and decorated very tastefully. The riads is a beautiful old building and is an oasis of calm and has a lovely terrace with great views of the mountains. It is also extremely well priced.

The guys who served our breakfast is absolutely great. He helped us and answered whats app texts immediately. Very great staff service 👏

Very pretty riad. A bit difficult to find but that’s also part of the travel

Riad Matham was a pearl! It was so nice to enter to the calmness of the Riad after spending time in busy medina. Everything around you is filled with beauty and detail. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. It was very clean everywhere.

A warm welcome, very helpful and polite staff and manager. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked, tasty and plentiful. An oasis of calm within the Medina, great access to the Souks and main tourist areas and welcome advice on getting around safely from the Manager.

We had just come back from climbing Toubkal so wanted something relaxed and slightly out of the hussle of the main square. This place was absolutely ideal. The rooms are fabulous with all the basics you need after 3 days hiking in snow. The owner/host could not have done more for us, what a kind man The roof terrace is stunning we watched sunset and sunrise which were magical. There are two tortoise, tangine and cous cous which made the stay even more fun.

This riad is a dream: nested in the medina, an oasis of calm and light. Beautifully designed and decorated, I loved the minimal style. Terrace with a fantastic view, amazing breakfast and lovely and helpful staff. I would come back in a minute!

Excellent location in the oldest part of the Medina. The riad is peaceful, well designed and the service is great. You will be well looked after and nothing is too much trouble. We were really happy with everything especially as the cost per night was the most reasonable we found for our travel dates. Filling breakfast too. Would definitely return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Matham in December, and will highly recommend this place From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, and a huge part of that was thanks to the Riad Manager, Hicham. He was truly fantastic! Incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. His kindness and care made such a difference and honestly made our experience in Morocco even more special. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful and feels like a calm oasis after busy days in the city. Everything was clean and comfortable. If (or rather when) we return to Morocco, there is no doubt that we will stay here again. A big thank you to Hicham and the team for making our stay so memorable. PS: We were also picked up at the airport by the riad, which was such a relief. Finding your way through the medina can be challenging, especially late in the evening. Would definitely recommend this!
