Great stay! The outdoor pool is beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The free airport transfer was a great bonus. While the riad is a bit outside the Medina, it’s a perfect location for airport transfers and starting tours. Highly recommended!

“Very comfortable stay”

Very helpful staff. The bed was extremely comfortable. Because I was not feeling well, I spent almost all my time in bed and was very pleased with the quality of the mattress. We had to catch an early flight, but the staff was so nice as to prepare a little breakfast to go for us (at 3 am). Just lovely. Shuttle service to the airport very punctual and reliable

I am recommending with all my heart Riad Kenza , we had a very wonderful staying . The host , Ahmed ,and the girls were very helpful and kind , they offered us advices for our trip , an amazing superior double room and the breakfast was delicious. They looked after us properly, booking taxi , exchanging some euro for our trip when we needed too , offering sweets for take away in the plane ! If you come to Marrakesh , it is a must to choose Riad Kenza 😊 We will be back soon for sure !

Great stay at this beautiful Riad Kenza in Marrakech. The place had a lovely traditional Moroccan atmosphere, with a peaceful courtyard and a very welcoming feel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the busy streets of the Medina. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. They made the stay feel warm and personal, and their hospitality was one of the highlights. The location was also convenient for visiting the main sights, restaurants, and souks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would happily recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Ahmed and the girls they where fantastic! Especially Ahmed was exceptional, he looked after us and organised for us 2 trips and told us everything about the city, what to visit and where to go for a night out at the restaurant! The stay and the food where brilliant! The hole staff was friendly and very respectful! Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place !!!

We stayed at Riad Kenza before our long drive out into the desert. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the food (dinner and breakfast) was delicious with so many different flavours. The room was lovely and comfortable and spacious, and it's just a short trip into the city centre. The staff were incredibly helpful, giving us tips on how to navigate Marrakech. We would definitely recommend this as a very relaxing place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was absolutely amazing—very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with cookies and tea, which was such a thoughtful touch, and they also gave us plenty of useful tips that made our trip even better. The location is excellent, especially being so close to the airport, which made traveling very convenient. Our room had a lovely view, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was also very nice. Complimentary airport pick - up was included, which we appreciate a lot.Huge thank you for Ahmed!

Shuttle to the airport included for my early morning flight with good takeaway breakfast provided. Staff are excellent Rashid, Hasnie. Moroccan fast food eateries few mins walk from Riad. ** The score reflects the Riad next door, where the room is which is more spacious as I had a choice to upgrade 😊.

Riad Kenza was very clean and perfect for us for one night stay close to the airport. The staff was very friendly and everything went smoothly. Even we had an early flight in the morning they gave us a free ride to the airport and we got really good breakfast to take away with us.

It was beautiful and amazingly kept, it was incredibly clean and really showcased Moroccan culture, Ayub and Ahmed were wonderful and so helpful when it came to tourist tips and making our stay as comfortable and easy as possible.. it was truly one of the best stays I have ever experienced and if I ever go back to Marrakesh I am definitely staying there again.

We experienced excellent service and had a beautiful stay in the riad. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our visit.

The staff was amazing and helpful all of our trip, they accomodated every request. The riad was comfy and quiet, the breakfast was pletiful and tasted amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff, relaxing environment, close to airport, good local supermarket and boulangerie. Evening meal and breakfast were home made and excellent.

Location is near the airport and free airport shuttle was much appreciated. Location is nice and quiet, away from hustle and bustle of the city, at the same time it's easy to reach downtown by Uber for reasonable price. Small supermarket and French bakery in 10 min walking distance. There is a group of several riads surrounded by garden and we were offered a room in another because our room ceiling was leaking after heavy rain. We felt wecome and staff was highly trained and professional. Both rooms spacious and nicely decorated.
