avoid WARNING bed BUGS. I was waken up by all the bites from bed bugs, and instantly checked out. I spoke to the guy there and he said that a guest had the same issue 3 days ago and no action was taken. We both had no less than 200 bites that cause lots of pain and suffering in addition to ruin our plans. I would not wish any traveling to have to go through, the bites were so awful and aggressive that new bites kept appearing throughout the day! The bite evolved into blisters! and booking.com will do little for you. Just avoid this place and enjoy your travel. The bed bugs are originated from your Rayed, the bed had infestation of bed bugs and was visible when was waken up by all the bite, please see my photos. I still have marks all over my body . It is Morocco and trust me if you book here you will suffer and since it is Morocco, you are losing any battle over any compensation. You save yourself the pain and agony and book somewhere else.

“A dirty disaster”

I had an awful experience here. Dirty towels, dirty toilet. Even the bed sheets were dirty and the receptionist was acting as if I was nitpicking! There was a spider web in the ceiling just on top of the middle of the bed. Even our arrival was a disaster. We waited for half an hour before a sleepy receptionist came to open the door. Out of four nights, we stayed one then left. The owner refused to refund us anything. Out of 440 euros we paid, booking.com refunded us 50 euros or so! Their assistance was a disaster. I have no idea what their role here was!!!

Great staff fantastic breakfast

A short walk from the taxi drop off this intimate hotel provides a homely atmosphere. The well maintained architecture is comfortable and spacious. Air conditioned with a wonderful bathroom and shower (heat + pressure). Breakfast on roof top balcony is a perfect way to start the day.

We had a great time at this riad, very nicely renovated, the breakfast on the terrace was amazing The host Yusuf was very professional, offered tea and biscuits upon arrival , when we left he let us put our luggages dowstairs so that we dont have to carry it all day until our plane leave Great location, right in the middle of the old town

“Lovely stay at Riad Jaime”

We had a lovely stay at Riad Jaime. Khalid sent me the location on WhatsApp prior to arrival so it was easy to find. He let us check in early and served us mint tea. There was fruit and bottled water in the room when we arrived and on our last night Khalid even offered us dinner! We had already eaten but he arranged some Moroccan sweets and mint tea to eat on the rooftop terrace during sunset. Location was perfect and within walking distance to most attractions. AC was good and the room was cleaned daily.

Location was good if one wants to stay close to medina , the property is in need of a good renovation all over , it has a nice terrace although it’s a very hot terrace but can be made really nice but neglected, bedding towels need to be replaced , honestly every thing , I did mention all this to the new management which I met by chance , he was nice and accepted and agreed with my comments to him , walid was nice and he would try to help always so is marwa .

They were very kind with us. The breakfast was delicious and they adapted to our schedule. The room was clean and comfortable

Staying at this Riad felt like being welcomed into someone’s home. It’s a simple place, but very clean and comfortable. The real highlight is the staff, friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is right in the heart of the Medina, which is amazing because you’re just steps away from all the main tourist attractions. The Medina’s narrow streets can be a bit tricky to navigate. GPS doesn’t work well here, and there are no signs on the door, so it can be easy to get lost. I highly recommend contacting the Riad in advance to get clear directions it will save you a lot of time and confusion. Despite that small challenge, staying here is definitely worth it. The charm, hospitality, and central location make it a wonderful place to experience the city.
