We had a nice stay for one night. The staff was great, very polite and ready to help us by any chance. The location is also great, in walking distance you can find sightseeing spots, the souks and the market.

A quiet place, very friendly & helpfull staff. An excellent breakfast with different types of pancakes, fruit, yoghurt. Clean rooms, good beds and a rooftop with small pool. Top!

The staff were very helpful. A big shout out to Chouaib who went out of his way to help us during our stay. The road was beautifully decorated and our room was very spacious. The location was also ideal as it was in a quiet area yet walkable to all the main attractions in the Medina. I plan to return to Marrakech and will definitely stay at Riad Helen.

Beautiful riad in a great location down a quiet lane. The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We stayed in the room at the top of the riad next to the pool. It was exactly the right size for me and my two children. The breakfast was exceptional, all freshly made including the yogurt. The pastries and mint tea were also fantastic. My kids especially loved the riad tortoise Bob. The view from the roof terrace is amazing.

“Excellent Riad in the center of Marrakech”

The Riad is very pretty, perfect location, it is quiet at night and with just 10-15min walking and you can see everything. Breakfast is excellent with very tastful tea. The staff and the owner are so friendly and helpful, good comunication since our arrival until the day we leave. Especially with Chouaib who greeted us on the first day and has shown us everthing in the city from places to visit to where to buy things with local price. Check-out time is late which allow us to have time to organize everthing without a rush and we can even leave out luggages after leaving the room. Riad Helen has made our vacation in Marrakesh unforgetable. Hopefully we will come back very soon! 100% recommended.

“Charming”

We got help with the transfer from the airport. The location is in old Medina so from the taxi station we got the help of Houssine with the luggage. All the staff is so warm and welcoming, we felt like staying in their home. Many thanks to Chouaib for the advices,, Khadija for keeping the rooms clean and specially to Zakaria for sharing lots of interesting stories and facts about local habits and attractions.

Riad Helen became one of the best memories of our trip! All the staff, including Zakariae, were incredibly kind and always flexible, even with our sudden requests. It is located in a central yet safe area in Marrakech, which makes it easy to explore the city and feel its vibrant atmosphere. At the same time, the riad itself is quiet and beautiful, just like a hidden villa. We loved our stay, especially the rooftop pool, the delicious homemade breakfast with granola, and the adorable cat. When we checked out, they even gave us a soap with the same scent as the riad so that we could remember our stay. Among the many riads in Marrakech, we happened to choose Riad Helen, and it turned out to be such a lucky choice. I would highly recommend! If we visit Marrakech again, we would definitely stay for a longer time.

Really beautiful and peaceful Riad. In the middle of everything, but down a quiet street. I loved sitting on the roof terrace in the February sun. Our room was full of character and tastefully decorated. The staff were all very kind and helpful and really enhanced our stay.
