The location very close to Jema el Fnaa, Ali was really kind. Our room was on the first floor and was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

A wonderful, authentic riad right in the heart of the Medina, just a few minutes from the city walls and within walking distance of the souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa. The riad is run by two brothers, Simo and Ali, and you can really feel that it used to be their family home — full of charm and character. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, with delicious fresh breakfast every morning and a relaxed atmosphere in the evenings. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and always happy to help, making the stay feel very personal. Note that the stairs are quite steep, so lower rooms may be better for guests with limited mobility.

The apartment was spacious, the location was perfect! They agreed to prepare the breakfast a little earlier for us to keep up with our schedule, which was a nice gesture from them.

We liked the hosts, they are very kind and approachable. Breakfast included various Moroccan pastries and spreads, a good introduction to a typical Moroccan breakfast. The location is great, in the medina but not too far from the taxi stand. If the accommodation was cheaper, I would have given it a higher score, but I have to lower it because after this we found twice as cheap and much better riad.

What a cute, homely riad in the medina, a quiet, oasis of calm away from the craziness. Ali is super friendly and met us upon arrival which is always appreciated, he also looks like a model/movie star haha he gave us helpful tips and recommendations. My family slept well and the riad had lots of space plus the other ppl staying there were very nice and friendly.

Ali, the host, was very friendly. He went all the way to help us with finding car park, walked with us to the riad and recommended places to eat.

It is a beautiful place right in the middle of everything, we felt ourselves very welcome. We will definitely come back.

“We had a very fine and memorable stay at Riad Fez Marrakech”

First of all the location is excellent, on a quiet area of the Medina and steps from the Souk. This place has many amenities, heat pumps in the rooms and a kitchen. Breakfast on the rooftop patio is very nice and served promptly at 8:30AM. Ali is very responsive and helpful.

Good location. Loads of space. Room service with clean towels every day. Thanks to the exceptional hosts we felt very welcome and comfy. Tasty breakfast served every morning as soon as we ready.
