The riad is located in closed complex so it is kept very clean and safe. The house it self very clean and new also AC is working great. Very good breakfast and unfortunately we do not have chance to visit the pool but looked clean. There is couple of restaurants and stores in the complex Host is very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay

“Perfect staff, great location. I would come back tomorrow!”
The staff are amazing and really made the stay. Noureddine was the perfect host and went above and beyond to help us and was flexible with check out times and breakfast where possible. The complex where the road is located was perfect, like a small village where locals and tourists co-exist. It’s the perfect tonic from the melée of the souks!

“BEST RIAD IN MARRAKECH!”
Everything, from the warm welcome on arrival to the breakfast I booked for the morning. I asked for it on the roof due to nice weather and it was delivered incredibly! 100% the best road I have ever stayed in! EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN

Clean and nice place. Noureddine is great host, he was responsive to all of our messages and he provided us information of what we should visit during our stay including restaurants. Very safe location something like a gated neighborhood with security. Also few restaurants around with affordable prices. Very calmed area.

The location: just outside the busy Medina, but in a gated neighborhood, adding privacy and security. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The furniture was new and the staff were very lovely and helpful.

Noureddine was a great host and could offer local insights and was always available to message on Whatsapp. Breakfast was great, location was secluded and felt like a break from the busy city.

“AMAZING stay”
LOVED this place! I mainly chose it because it had parking and I'm so glad I did, loved everything about it. Superquiet gated community, charming small riad with rooftop and beautiful rooms. only about 20 minutes walk to the Medina. Amazing staff that went out of their way for everything. I forgot my earrings in the room when I checked out and only realized a few hours later. Noureddine insisted that he would come back to the Riad, so I could pick them up, even though I told him it was not a big deal. Thanks for everything! Will definitely be back!
