The host Ayoub is superb and very friendly, the raid itself is in a very good location close to the center. Lovely breakfast in the morning as well.Very clean place to stay as the host ensures its stays clean always. It’s a good value for money and I will highly recommend.

“Best family home feeling riad”
I’ve stayed in many hostels across Europe, but this is the first time I truly felt at home in a hostel. The owner of the riad, Eyyoub, is incredibly helpful and treats every guest not as a customer, but as a genuine visitor in his home. The riad is very clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, and guests are provided with slippers since shoes are not allowed inside, which helps keep everything spotless. The breakfast is excellent, and Eyyoub is always available to help with any questions or problems, doing his best to find solutions. He even helped me organize a day trip to Essaouira. If you are traveling solo and would like to meet new people, this is a fantastic place with a warm, family-like atmosphere where you can feel comfortable and welcomed. The location is also excellent, within walking distance of Jemaa el-Fnaa and close to everything in the city center. I highly recommend staying here, and if I visit again, this will definitely be my first choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ayoub went out of his way for me, I was tired after coming from Toubkal, and he provided me a free towel to shower and also made me breakfast before the scheduled time, so that I could take it with me to the airport without being late. This is better service than I have received from 5-Star Hotels. I will come back to Marrakech just to stay here again! Toilets/Bathroom super clean, you would think it's for yourself and not a hostel. It isn't right in the centre of the Medina so I think the people booking here are slightly more relaxed which can be good depending what vibe you want from the hostel. For me it was good :) Amazing value for money! And mostly the friendliness of the staff, not just Ayoub but another Man who was doing some cleaning chores (I didn't get his name) provided me with a mat/rug so that I could pray on the rooftop which was clean and has a great view of course. Any service you need is provided here.

“Great hostel, great location and very good breakfast”
Communication was consistent and quick if I needed to ask a question or organise anything. Ayoub and his team were all super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time exploring Marrakesh and helped with planing my travels around other parts of Morocco, often packing my breakfast if I needed to leave early that day. Cleaning was very thorough and constant especially since facilities are shared and everyday I came back and my bed was made up neatly! I would definitely recommend especially as a solo female traveller, was nice being around others during communal breakfast and discussing recommendations/itineraries. There’s a reason the hostel is rated so highly! Thank you so much!
